Bearded Bastard Barber Shop

If I could give more stars I would! I will say this was the BEST hair cut/beard trim that I have ever received!
I walked in and the owner of the shop Ryan greeted me and told me he would be right with me once he finished with his client in his chair.
Once I sat in Ryan's chair he started with a consultation of my hair cut and beard trim. He made my visit very relaxing and comfortable.
When he was done I was throughly happy with his services and HIGHLY recommend Ryan and the Bearded Bastard Barber Shop!

Great spot. Super chill vibe in this place. Trent is a master at his craft. Best barber and cut thus far since moving to Dallas a year ago.

Booked an appointment, drove all the way here and waited outside of an empty suite. He never showed up or contacted me to let me know he wasn't going to make it.

I was not aware of Bearded Bastard, but thank God I found it. Ryan (owner) is amazing. Without a doubt, the best haircut I've gotten in years.

Ryan is one of the best barbers ive had cut my hair and shape my beard and i won't go anywhere else. I have been to many expensive places just to not do a good job and then you feel bad about spending money and getting a bad job. not here. you can feel great about yourself and thats key. fantastic service

Visited today for a "bread shaping" on my relatively new (COVID) beard. Ryan quickly assessed what my beard could handle in order prepare for more growth, and quickly trimmed up. Included a hot shave. He seemed very knowledgeable and was quite professional all-around. Shop does all hair and beard styles. Try it out.

Dude was super condescending. Accidentally shaved 2 hard parts into my head ? I mean who does that ? Isn't that like barber shit 101 ? He did give me my money back, but was reluctant and called me "annoying." Not a fun experience. Don't recommend.

I'm a regular here with my husband.
We recently noticed that all the GREAT reviews on Yelp disappeared.
When we went in and talked to the owner he said he had scaled back advertising with Yelp and that they immediately hid all his gear reviews.
Wow! What a terrible thing to do!
Imagine you work hard for year and provide amazing services all to have some faceless corporation take it all away using EXTORTION.
Why isn't this illegal?

Well we can say that this is a fantastic shop and you should definitely scroll all the way down and check out the "not recommended" section and see the real reviews.

The first barber I've been to in Dallas that seemed to worry more about actually cutting my hair and shaping my beard than what mediocre whiskey or beer they could pour for me or how well they faked some sort of hypothetical den/boardroom/man cave. Ryan is the real deal, OG barber who cares about the craft and seems to know worrying about doing the job well means the money will take care of itself. Didn't rush any aspect, in fact told me I booked the wrong appointment and wouldn't have time to do the job right instead of just rushing things along for the cash.

Not the fanciest digs, not some wannabe spa/bar experience, just a really really really well done hair and beard trim with attention to detail, experience, and pride in the craft. The result is a high value experience.
