I have had Mathew come to my home and remove junk at least 5 times over the past few years. He always responds quickly to my call or text. He is prompt and get the job done in a timely Manor and his prices are very reasonable!! I wouldn't use anyone else

Would use this company again in a heartbeat. I called them to have an old heavy duty plastic shed and debris removed from my yard. They were responsive, gave a fair estimate, called and let me know when they could come and stayed in close contact from the planning through the completion of the job. Professional, polite and efficient! Could not ask for more! Highly recommend them!

Matthew was prompt with a quote. Very courteous (as was his helper) and kept in contact. His pricing was very fair--in fact better than others! Would def use again!

I have used other removal services in the past. I read reviews of Bayles and decided to switch. I'm very glad that I did! Matt and his team arrived, jumped on the things we needed removed, and in short order they were driving away from our Brookline house. The price was great too!

Bayles removal was a life savor for me. I had them at my house at least 4 times while I was preparing to show my house and then move. They were responsive, fair, on time, nice to deal with and respectful of the house. Every time I needed him he came. I had big things (beds, frames, sofas) and small things he took them all . He was very fair with his pricing too. I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend Bayles.

Matt was terrific and so helpful to me in removing an old sofa, A/C's, futon mattress and assorted boxes and trash left over from moving out of an apartment. Happy to highly recommend his services to anyone.

I ordered the living social deal and was extremely satisfied with my purchase! They were prompt in getting back to me about rescheduling when I asked them for a later day. They came on time and took care of everything quickly. They didn't charge me any extra for the amount I had or the type of stuff I was throwing out. They just came in a truck, picked up my trash, and they left! It was a great service! Nice people too. Highly recommend!

3 other removal companies didn't return my call. Bayles showed up on the same day and was able to haul away some construction debris before a birthday party. Paid by credit card, easy.

Needed to clear up a rental unit and stuff from the basement. Scheduled an appointment with Matthew for the following week. He called me prior to confirm and while on his way and showed up promptly. Got everything out quickly and neatly. Took out a TV, pc monitor, old AC, small fridge, a few mattresses, a rusty grill, an old sink, a large carpet and some furniture. Friendly and an inexpensive. Would use again. Thanks!

So glad I called Bayles Removal. We were planning on getting some construction debris removed but it piled up faster than we were expecting. I called and Matt came the same day. He texted when he was on his way, took a look at everything, gave us a reasonable estimate and was able to haul everything away on the spot. He took wood, sheet rock, bricks, stones and we had a few random things in the basement and he said we could get rid of anything we wanted so we just threw a bunch of things in his truck and off it went! I would definitely use him again.
