This review is for make-up. Do NOT go here for make-up. The artist was 15 minutes late as she was coming from her other job, I know I shoulda took that as a hint to leave but had an event and no time.

I will just say the look was not good. The containers the make-up came in looked old and she had no lashes :/
Definitely not worth the $$$ .

The salon's customer service needs updating with the times. The receptionist had no care informing me about the tardiness. Not offered coffee or even a glass of water. Nail tech eating at her table that should be sanitized. An employee folding towels next to me. Pre-teen boys behind the desk on the computer playing inappropriate music. The sofa to sit in while you wait is dirty and needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

The 2 male stylists working looked busy and their clients' hair looked fabulous. Wish I had gotten a haircut instead

I skipped from salon to salon since high school trying to find a good stylist. I'm incredibly picky. I tried Barry and Co. a little over a year ago when I decided to chop my previous long hair (the profile picture still hasn't changed!) into a pixie cut. I have never been happier. Since then, I've been going religiously.

I've brought my mom, best friend, and boyfriend, all using different stylists, and we all love it. My boyfriend with incredibly curly hair usually has a difficult time finding a salon who won't just buzz his head. They take their time, and do it right. He finally loves getting haircuts.

Overall, Barry and Co. knows how what they're doing. The atmosphere is fun, and the stylists are topnotch. Haircut day is my favorite day every 6-8 weeks

never ever come here I mean ever worst place to get your hair done spent $115 just to pay for a 10 session when ur hair is supposed to take 45 mins and the girl got bleach on my shoes so yes please never come here

I have walked out of there every single time IN LOVE with my hair. I would recommend them to anyone that wants it done right and to have a stylist that is passionate about your hair as much as you are. Iv never left without a smile on my face and feeling great!!

I asked if they gave discounts to veterans and Kendal said, "Ah-no." and then hung up on me. If they can't even answer the phone politely and pleasantly how could you ever expect to get good service!

I stated going to this salon about a year ago because my hair lady moved here from Salon Baci in Trenton. I would follow her anywhere!

I really like the salon. The prices are pretty decent for most services, and they offer 15% off products on Saturdays.

I go here once a week for a manicure with Kris (Donna is really good, too) and about once every 6 weeks or so to get my hair cut by Angie. My hair cut is usually around $30, and they have the cheap manicures - they start at $12.

Sondra and Jess are awesome receptionists. I have gotten to know many of the girls that work there, and they are all very nice to talk to and are genuine people.

I always have Barry cut my hair and I'll imagine he's usually always double booked because you can expect to wait if he's the one you see but I've only had a handful of people actually be able to cut my hair and make it look good past a couple of days. I always leave here looking great and he knows how to tame my hair and make it behave. Well worth the wait.

I would not recommend this place if you are getting your hair dyed, almost all his stylists are fresh out of school and do not know what they are doing as far as color. Barry himself is exceptionally good, but good luck trying to get him when calling his reception desk. I did go there for eyelash extensions but today when I called, the lady answering the phone said they never did them there. Avoid this place

My daughter and i came in for haircuts and i also wanted bayalage highlights in a silver/ashy tone. She cut my daughters hair crooked in the back and her bangs were WAY too short.. she asked for dark brown color and she proceeded to put foils and bleach in her hair ??? We were so confused. She messed up her cut AND color.. didn't even come close to the pic my daughter showed her off selena gomez's dark brown hair. She also ripped through both of our heads while bleaching and tore out so much of our hair. Our heads were tender and sore for a few days. My cut had this weird step layer in the back.. like she cut it but added one layer to it.. basically one length hair with a 1 inch step up to next layer.. it looked really weird. Also i wanted bayalage.. she gave me an awful half n half ombre, then ripped through it with a comb with bleach on it! Iwas thinking does she not realize how damaging and painful this is? I ended up with 5 inches dark brown roots.. a cut off line and orange ends. When i left i got in the car more concerned w my daughter, but as i drove home, with my hair wet, i started running my fingers thru my hair to see how short she cut it and it was like moosh coming out in handfuls in my hands. All the hair around my face and my ends are fried and broken off. This girl mentioned she used to do bob segars hair and make up, i can't remember her name, nice girl, but holy crap she really screwed up our hair. I had to get mine chopped short, wherever she put bleach in my hair it broke off.. and mine was crooked in the back too. I looked for a place to go get our hair done for weeks until i decided on this place. My daughter's bangs were literally in the middle of her forehead, like an inch above her eyebrows.. and her beautiful light golden brown hair was the same color with ugly white stripes running thru it.. how is this dark brown like the pic my daughter showed her? I showed her a blonde silvery bayalage, i got half dark and half orange hair. We are still trying to fix our hair, upsets me every time i look in the mirror at my short hair because of what this girl did. And just the fact that she was so rough! She was ripping through our hair like we were mannequins or something. Id give 0 stars if i could about our experience. Please note we only saw this one stylist.. the others might be better.. i don't know.. we never went back.

Very disappointed. I recently moved to the area and did quite a bit of research to find a salon. I purposely chose Barry because of the reviews and that he was the owner. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 5pm appointment and was told he was running a little late. 40 minutes later, still not seated and no one has provided any update. I did note that Barry's 4pm was just being brought back at 5:30. So he was running 1.5 hours behind. As I was putting my coat on to leave Barry did come out. He didn't really apologize but did say he needed 20 more minutes. This would have been an hour after my scheduled appointment. I understand that things happen. I really do. What really got me was that my time was not considered near as important as his. He may be wonderful with hair but his regard for his clients and the treatment by him and the staff will ensure that I never find out.
