this is officially my second visit, but first review of Banh Mi and Tea. It is located between Sprouts and Snappy Nail Salon. It's easy to find since it is the only Banh Mi place in this lot.

As you walk inside, you are greeted with good music and a sort of warm cozy environment.

The food here is fresh and seems to be consistent to my last visit. My egg rolls came out piping hot with the perfect crispness. I also ordered a pork banh mi with extra patí. This was definitely good to the last bite, its actually the reason i came back and it was worth it! Pairing all of this with a Tai tea to wash it all down..

As for service it's tipically average for a bang mi shop, but if i had to rate it they still get 5 stars for walking the food to my table and checking up on me.

My fiancée and I were looking at something different nearby and this popped out as the most top rated and affordable Vietnamese sandwiches. Walking in, it was a cozy environment, with lots of seating.

My fiancée had the vegetarian Banh Mi and she says it's was okay but not very good compared to the others she had tried.

I had the shaken beef with rice. I thought it was a reasonable price and I wasn't disappointed in it. The egg roll that was included was the star of that dish though. I love the crispy, crunchy and that flavorful bite each time I took a bite. I recommend you get the egg rolls!

When we were close to finishing eating, there was a small roach running down the wall where we were seating. It made our appetite completely gone. We did not enjoy feeling like we ate at a place that might not be sanitary and questioned if our meal was affected by it.

      This place is okay.

I've tried their pho and I've tried their banh mi and while it's good, I have my own grievances with either dish.

Regarding the pho, I feel like it isn't as flavorful or as well-cooked as it could be. This could be my personal preference, but I like more flavor in my pho. It's just very, very light and one-note. The accoutrement help a bit but not much - I wish the meat brought something more to the party.

Their banh mi is decent; however, I got a rogue jalapeño once and it was EXTREMELY SPICY - I cried!

I feel their vermicelli bowls are where it's at. I love their grilled pork and the egg rolls they serve with is phenomenal.

The staff are never very engaging. They always seem to be in a bit of a rush.

The atmosphere is okay, we always sit at the benches in the back because they have a good view.

I'll come again for a weekday, but Banh Mi and Tea won't ever be a place I think of on the weekend or the venue when I'm celebrating something major.

Enjoyed my time here. They have a large menu of Banh mi, pho, pick your meat and sides and tea. I even saw tacos on the menu! We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and there were lots of people coming in and out. Always a good sign!

I ordered the pork and vermicelli. The pork was well seasoned although somewhat chewy. The funny thing is that it tasted better as leftovers! Not sure if it was the condensation that made it a little more tender or the seasonings on the meat overnight. Overall, a delicious meal. The staff was very friendly and the food came out promptly. The egg rolls was delicious too - hot and crunchy.

I will probably come back and get the pho. That looked delicious!

Banh Mi and Tea was clean and had an open space dining area. The menu is easy to read and gave options for customers so we can ideals for ordering off the menu board. The wait was not long. The bbq pork meat was good and seasoned well. The boba drinks were good and were not overly sweet. The brisket in the PHO was a little bit too fatty. The pho broth was a little on the sweet side. This place isn't bad but it is not my first choice in the area for Vietnamese food. My daughter and I were in the area and stopped in for a quick bit before running errands in the area.

I was getting my hair braided roughly 3Miles from this restaurant. After sitting for 5hrs straight with no food, I started to search for nearby restaurants. What can I say the least I could do is buy my hairstylist dinner for all her hard work.

I ordered through a delivery service - not worth mentioning. The menu matched the delivery site. I was impressed by the unique Banh Mi sandwich combinations and flavors. Our food arrived, HOT, FRESH and ready to eat. My hairstylist had the Mango Habanero chicken sandwich, I ordered the Korean style Grilled Beef Sandwich. We shared the Cha Gio Homemade egg rolls. Our food was delicious. I didn't try the chicken sandwich. My hairstylist enjoyed it - she said the sandwich was spicy, but she loved the fresh flavors. I wish the garlic aioli had more of a garlic flavor. But I would still order my sandwich again. As for the egg rolls, they were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I would definitely order from here again

This place is our go to for banh mi, rice bowls and teas. The service is okay and the food is good. I like that they have an assortment of banh mi because I like the Korean beef one but I wish it had more meat. Their shaken beef rice bowl is good but stick with the steamed rice. I thought the fried rice was mushy. It was not fried rice--more like reheated rice with soy sauce. They have a large variety of teas and drinks. I also love their chicken dumplings, egg rolls and spring rolls. If you're interested, they have cute little macarons in many flavors. I also like that they use four stars so I usually get free drink or egg roll just about every time I go.

It's my favorite spot in Copperfield. I came by today for my lunch that I ordered the Hot Plate Rice w Beef (the new items) and Pork bao. It was delicious and flavorful. The restaurant is clean and i love the atmosphere. My friend tried the Shaking beef sandwich Combo with Taro mik tea and she loves it!!!

      Updated review

UPDATE - Ordered here a couple times via Uber Eats and kept giving this place additional chances because of the options they had! For a Cypress banh mi, this place is pretty good with options but it's definitely hit and miss. We've gotten different banh mi's from here and the best one is the Korean style beef and grilled pork.

** must try their macarons - ube and fruity pebble flavors! I was hesitant to order from here but they turned out super fresh and delicious!! The macarons were big and filled with deliciousness! Flavor was there too.

Food was amazing, restaurant was clean, service was lacking. Not horrible but not good either. Since my regular Vietnamese restaurant closed down I have been on a hunt for good pho. The restaurant is tucked in next to sprouts and the pho is phenomenal. My daughter had the banh mi sandwich and said it was finger licking good
Next trip I'm looking forward to trying a coffee or tea, boba looked good too
