Completely obnoxious. I submitted an inquiry and within and hour I got the worst phone call in recent memory. Charles Baker was only interested in pushing his $285/hr consulting fee instead of observing anything resembling common sense and common courtesy.

Thank god I hung up, because I shudder at the thought of this guy ordering a pizza, let alone representing anyone in court.
