They washed the Exterior and interior of my windows after we had some construction done and boy did they need it! They were courteous prompt and took care of everything. They came at my convenience and were in and out rather quickly with a job being well done!

First class, excellent service and very competitively priced. Highly recommmend BailOut Window Cleaning. They use purified water and there's not a single spot on any of my windows. Great company.

They cleaned the windows thoroughly and reinspected them when they were done. I was there cleaning after the maids left, so I observed their workmanship. I highly recommend this business!

After having posted my prior review, the owner (I think) of Bailout Window cleaning, wrote me - here is what he said:
" Thank you very much for your comments and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to correct this. Any chance we can come over this Friday afternoon to take a look and reclean them? The process we use is actually much better than the old school way of using a scrubber and squeegee as we did it that way for years. Irregardless we want to make sure that the finished product is excellent and we will do our best to make it right. Please let me know a good day for us to come back over should Friday not work. Have a great evening."
I was impressed with the quick response and offer to have my windows done again at my convenience. It does make me think they sincerely care and tried to do the best they could. I, however, declined their offer because I didn't think a repeat of the same process would make a difference. There seemed to be gasses from the environment on the windows, which would require more scrubbing and a stronger solution, which they don't do - so no sense in doing it again. I do praise them for their efforts to make it right!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 21, 2015Previous reviewI had my windows (31 of them) cleaned on Oct. 1st of 2015. Although nice, courteous, and hard working, I was not at all impressed with the results. They spray the inside windows with a spray bottle and then wipe it back and forth, no drying because they say the purified water leaves no streaking. The outside is done with a brush with lines attached, which sprays the window and then the brush is passed back and forth. The results removed superficial dirt, but definitely did not remove grime that had settled over the year, which was evident as soon as the sun hit the windows. This process may work for someone who simply wants to rinse them so you can see out, but if you want your windows cleaned this simply doesn't do the job. They were very cheap $77.00, but I would have preferred to have had a very good and thorough job done and paid a lot more.
