B F Myers Furniture

My wife and I visited several furniture stores around middle Tennessee before going to B. F. Myers.
It was no comparison. B. F. Myers is by far the best furniture store I (we) have have shopped. The quality of the furniture we purchased and the customer service we received is the best I have ever experienced. Our sales associate, William, answered all our questions and resolved a small problem in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend B. F. Myers.

Nice furniture store with good customer service. My husband needed a recliner for recovery from hip surgery. I think I sat in every one they had one the floor before I landed on the eighth floor one. The salesperson was very patient and very informative. He loves it!!

We love BF Myers for their customer service, the selection, the prices, and the free delivery! I would guess that 95% of the furniture in our home comes from here.

Our last couch was from Living Spaces and its been through 2 moves with us. It was time for a change. My husbands boss told us that they furnished their home through BF Myers and it was great quality with super competitive prices. We ended up spending Saturday furniture shopping and visited quite a few other places as well.

We ended up between BF & Rooms To Go. Well, we got a deal too good and on Sunday, purchased a couch set! We did end up adding a couple other items too lol.

The delivery was set for today and they were great about communication throughout the process. When our couch arrived, there was a small black smudge on one cushion. They immediately told us not to touch it, they took a photo and told us we could talk to our sales rep about getting it taken care of (cleaning or replacement of that cushion), which was fine and dandy. A few minutes later, we got a call to have a tech scheduled to come out and clean it. WHAT!? Our delivery team was not only super professional, polite and nice - but they were on top of it! I have NEVER had this kind of service.

So yeah... not only do they have great furniture (almost everything made in USA) for unbelievable prices and top notch service... but they actually stand by their stuff!

Our shopping experience was enough for me to rank BF Myers as my #1 furniture choice... but after delivery and care - they're going to be our only furniture store going forward. We are saving now for our bedroom and I can't wait to go back!

Since writing the last review, BF Myers furniture, called and rectified the situation. We explained the problem of the third-party, failing to take care of the warranty. A very kind lady on the phone told us to call them with any further problems and deal directly with them. I was very pleased with the customer service, and said they would send the parts in the mail to fix the couch. The parts arrived a couple days later and arrangements were made to repair the couch. I will follow up again when the repairs are completed. Overall, I am very impressed with how fast the problem was resolved.

I bought a mattress in 2020 from BF Myers. In the last few months it like I am gonna just roll off the side. I turned it around. Same on both sides. I called the store and talked to Gordon. He said the mattress had a 10 year warranty. He sent a man out to look at the mattress.
Man said warranty doesnt cover the sides.I changed the mattress with one in my spare room. When I stood the mattress on the side to move it, all the inside of it went towards the floor. The one i switched it for doesnt look like that. I have photos of the mattress standing on its side. There is something wrong with this mattress.

I can't say enough good things about this furniture store. After battling for months, to end the nightmare we experienced with a different furniture franchise, walking into BF Myers was a breath of fresh air! No strong-arm sales people, a huge showroom of gorgeous furniture, and finding out that the bedroom sets we wanted were actually in stock and ready for delivery within days, was incredible! Every other furniture store we visited gave us the same song and dance about Covid-19 delays setting back deliveries for up to 6 months, but with BF Myers, we had the furniture we ordered delivered and in our home in 2 short days!
This is a family-owned business that has been around for many decades, offering excellent customer service and beautiful, quality furniture at great prices.
I would definitely recommend this business to anyone shopping for new furniture.

B F Myers is the best! I am about to head there tomorrow to look at some new living room stuff... about 5 years ago, purchased a fantastic couch and they delivered it the same day! What!? #truth

I cannot say enough good things about BF Myers. We have purchased many items from this local family owned business. Recently, we placed an order and they went WELL out of their way to deliver top notch service. There was a small mixup with the delivery, but instead of making it our problem, the owner himself showed up to deliver our furniture. That is top notch customer service at its finest. So impressed. There's a reason they've been in business this long. Oh and the furniture we purchase from there is AMAZING!
