Azteca Brick Paving

These guys did an amazing job making us a back patio. We had nothing but a sad patch of grass with an old crumbling concrete gangway. Now we have a beautiful space we've used every day and invite friends over to share it with us. The price was reasonable for the work they did: build a patio over most of our back yard (in the way I designed it to flow), take out the concrete gangway and use pavers to replace it with, eliminate the flooding problem where that gangway was, and build us a step into our garage. It took them four days, this was a big job.

They did it the right way, no shortcuts, we watched them carefully do everything by the book. Julio is pretty accessible through text, though we didn't need to reach him often; everyone showed up on time and finished when they said they would.

We couldn't be happier with their work.

I had an amazing experience working with Azteca. The communication before the project was clear and prompt. The patio itself was built quickly and with great attention to detail. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.

Called them for a quote and they quickly came to give me an estimate. All of the workers were very professional and seemed like they had lots of experience. Any questions that I had, they were able to answer without any hesitation or problems. At the end of the job, I was amazed at the final product. They did an exceptional job and did not charge me more than what was agreed upon. I definitely recommend it to everyone. You won't be disappointed

Loved these guys and I love the project. They work so fast!! I had them rip up a bunch of concrete in my backyard and and put pavers down and created a new sitting area. At one point I wanted a slight design change and Julio was so kind, gave me time to think about it and said - 'whatever you want, let me know and my guys will make it happen'. Thank you for my new yard!

We just had our patio created by Azteca brick and it looks more amazing and beautiful than I could of ever imagined. Julio and Caesar helped cultivate the perfect backyard oasis for us. They were extremely responsive and professional and made the process very smooth.

We had them complete our patio, fire-pit, built in kitchen, posts for string our string lights, and landscaping.

Julio came out to our property and told us he would provide an estimate for our project the next day. We are still waiting. Julio gave us no follow up call, no email, no estimate, no nothing. We have called and left numerous messages on his voice mail but he has still not responded. After walking the property with him and going over our project, we now feel like he completely wasted our time. Steer clear of Azteca if you are looking for a professional.
After reading other reviews of Azteca, it seems this is common. 0 Stars.

It was so easy from start to finish--would hire again! Called Azteca for a quote, and Julio came a few days later to assess the space (12x12 patio.) He provided multiple estimates on the spot depending on the type of brick and pattern chosen. All very reasonable prices compared to the other quotes I received. I wanted a herringbone pattern with a border and was thrilled to find that that was their basic/baseline pattern.

I asked a few follow-up questions after Julio left, which were answered in a timely manner via text. I sent the signed contract the same day, and they were able to come the week after. The patio has a pretty aggressive grade, and they did an okay job trying to level the brick to the concrete border. The entire job only took 4 hours and the finished product looked good.

The team was respectful of the space (some sand left over on the ground and furniture, which was expected.) Overall great experience.

Julio and his team did a fantastic job even as COVID-19 restrictions made in person meetings a challenge. He and his crew were always in PPE and maintained appropriate distance as much as could be expected. We really appreciated that.
The work itself was top notch. They tore out an old, crumbling concrete Sidewalk and patio and replaced it with beautiful pavers. Their attention to detail was fantastic - - making sure everything was level and fit with our yard's dimensions. We will definitely have them back for further projects. Highly recommend!

Julio & his crew did an A++ job repaving my front parkway. Azteca showed up on time and with a full crew. They did everything at a professional level and knocked out the job in one day when others were quoting it as a multiple day job. Azteca had the best price and I'm really happy I hired them. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

We had a few quotes to have our backyard (city/small) re-bricked and some more general improvements including new sod and rocks replacing mulch etc.

Azteca came in and knew what we needed, made great suggestions, was receptive to our ideas and questions and communicated well all along the way. Most importantly we have a great looking backyard that feels professionally done.

We were thrilled all the way through with our experience and would highly recommend them.
