Very good salon and love the Aveda products :) Very friendly staff too!! Highly recommend!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!

I would include photos if I could, but that is not an available feature. I asked for one thing and got something not even similar. I showed the hairdresser [named Jess] what I wanted from a photo on Pinterest and she stared at it for about 30 seconds. She said, "It looks like a balayage...yeah...it looks like a balayage."

Clearly, she is not qualified to do balayage and it appalls me that she attempted to do something that she isn't qualified to do and isn't even sure what the hairstyle is. Also, there was dye left all along my hairline and in my ear. The hairdresser was constantly wiping my cheeks because she kept getting dark hair dye on them. I had to scrub my skin when I got home in order to get it all off. I will not be returning to Avant for any hair treatments, or treatments in general. I paid $220 for something I am very disappointed in. I sought correction from a far better hair dresser at Salon Seva.

I got my hair colored red here and the stylist did a fabulous job. It was done with so much finesse, I was extremely happy with my results.
Salon is professional and I felt comfortable and pampered.

I was visiting from the Chicago area and needed a haircut. Tammy was fantastic and I got so many compliments on my "new do" back home.
The downtown location is fun and has convenient parking. Pop in to Widman's, Rhombus Guys, or Kittsona across the street for a fun afternoon. And then go home and wait fro your compliments to roll in!

I wish I could rate Avant 0 stars. I asked to get my blonde hair toned and a my roots darkened. I left with orange roots and my blonde was no more toned than when I went in. I spent $180 for orange hair and after I called to speak to the manager I got hung up on. Worst experience I've ever had at a salon and hands down worst customer service of any business I've ever seen. They only want your money and do not care about their customers. I will NEVER recommend coming here.

Caitlin did a great cut for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone with curly hair!

Worst haircut i have ever recieved, staff was rude and acted very snobby. The blonde woman i had gave me a completely uneven fade and cut my hair an inch more than I asked for. The receptionist was passive aggressive with me when i asked for a refund and told me it "wasnt her problem". Definitely do not reccomend unless you want to overpay for a terrible cut and feel unwelcomed.

Nice place to have your hair done, friendly service and excellent work. My hair has kept its pretty highlights and I have been so happy with the cut and color. An excellent Aveda salon is so awesome to find because they are usually very consistent across the country. You can go anywhere and know you will find a good product and (mostly) excellent service. This one has been wonderful. Thank you !

PS - It is now 8/30/15 and my lovely cut is growing out so beautifully ! wow, thank you for such an awesome quality haircut.

Today was my first visit to this salon. I was excited to find an Aveda Salon in town. I've been using Aveda products for 5 years. Even though I arrived late, they were understanding. My hair stylist was Rachelle, who I will recommend. She gave me a scalp and shoulder massage. When I finished washing my hair I received a complimentary hand massage. I was feeling pretty pampered. Rachelle did an amazing job with my haircut and I look forward to returning.

The receptionists in this salon are rude and unprofessional. The stylists are poorly trained.I'm new to town and looking for a salon to give my hard earned money to; but after experiencing the ridiculously poor service at this salon, I'll go elsewhere! If I could, I would give Avant less than one star
