I cannot stress how disappointed I was with this place. Three days ago, I walk in with my friend to get shellac manicures ($35). The staff was super rude as they were doing the manicure. They do wet manicures which can somewhat explain why the shellac started chipping the next day, but I've already had to remove the shellac because it was so chipped and uneven that it was catching on stuff. I don't recommend getting shellac here at the very least.
For reference, the nail salon that I frequent at home gives manicures that last 7 days for regular polish and more than 14 days with shellac.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tianna N.Al Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe, CA1721210Aug 4, 2017
First time in town. I was here for a convention. This place was great. Very friendly and helpful. I didn't fell rushed or pressured to buy more more more. I also sat and ate my caramel apple lunch in the process My guy did great- and the lady who I assume was the owner- finished me off w my paint job. She was very friendly and helpful- helping me pick a new color, and re- filling my water bottle before I left. Good job guys :)

Tourist BEWARE!!!! Honestly I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Went in to get 2 nails fixed and toe nails painted. My toe nails are not smooth and are now cut crooked. I needed a pink and white repair and was given regular clear gel.... After the pink was sitting on the table. They don't listen to request and just don't care. I will attempt to get my money back before I leave.

I don't like to give bad reviews. However, I feel like I need to warn my fellow pedicure enthusiasts. I just experienced the worst pedicure I've ever had. And I've had hundreds. Of good ones.
As soon as I sat down with my chosen color I was aggressively upsold to the next (overpriced) pedicure. Then the man assigned to me proceeded to give me the quickest and surliest service EVER. Not going back.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amy T.Gretna, LA182714May 20, 2017Updated review

I love this place. I discovered it in a hurry one day and I will not be back to my old place again. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are a little higher than most suburban nail shops but you get what you pay for. I use my nails to type at work 6 days a week and after changing shops, I have not had a nail break yet. I will keep coming here every two weeks!

This was the worse service me & my hubby's ever received from a nail salon. Not ever recommending this place. It's the most rushed and agressive pedi's we've experienced and they used an actual cheese grater on my husband. His skin was scrubbed raw. My cuticles were cut so close that it bled and you can see it on the towel. $70 + gratuity! Not coming back. We are generous to great service but this...we're disappointed.

I had high hopes but this place was awful. Maybe, maybe a 1 minute massage for $55.... not sure if it's because we're from out of town or if it's because they're in a mall, but this was not worth the money. If I'm ever back in new Orleans i will not be going back.

Perhaps I'm not a manicure/pedicure kind of person. I went here for my first one ever (33 years old), as I am getting married in a few days. When I went in the initial girl at the desk was nice, but it went downhill after that. My wedding is non traditional, and during Mardi Gras, so I wanted black polish with a gold tip. Kinda like a reverse French manicure. The desk girl was upbeat and supportive, but then I was shifted onto someone to do the pedicure. The water was far to hot, couldn't even put my toes in until they put cold water in as well. The girl didn't speak English so I could t communicate effectively. So, had a pedicure in silence. They were supposed to remove the dead skin, but still got that when I just looked at them. While the girl was doing the painting, another woman came over to start doing my nails. She tried small talk, said I was getting married so I wanted something light. I said no, I want black with gold tips. She literally put her hand over her face and shook her head, leaning her head to the side for what felt like a minute. Way to make the customer feel comfortable. She then went on and did the manicure. Which was fine I guess. She asked if I liked the way the manicure and pedicure felt, and I wasn't gonna lie so I said it was ok. She asked if it made me feel good, and I said it was alright, it doesn't make me feel anything different though. So she told me that it's just not for me and I don't need to get it done again. Well that true. She then sat me down with fans on my toes and nails and left me there. I had no idea how long I was supposed to sit there, so I just waited. They knew I'd never gotten this done before so I expected them to come back to check on me.... I was wrong. After probably 15 minutes she just glanced at me and said I can go when they're dry. Umm... how do I know when their totally dry? There's like four coats of stuff in my nails? More communication and attention would have been great, instead of just rudeness. When all is said and done, my nails look like a nail job I could do... or have done in the past. And my fiancé gives far better foot rubs.
