Just needed to get my check engine light diagnostic and Ryan M. helped me out and helped me understand what needed to be replaced, didn't have the part in store but offered to special order it. Excellent customer service even at 1 am!

My car died as soon as I got here. They offered to test my battery which took like an hour or so. They didn't even call me to tell me it was done. Once we figured out my battery was the issue, I wanted to buy a battery and have it installed. Someone named Clifton refused to service me and I ended up waiting several hours before a better employee came in and installed the battery for me. This place is super busy on weekends.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any kind of auto parts store, in my life. Not only was Patricia rude, she had the WORST attitude I've ever witnessed. Definitely will never return to this location, let alone this company again. Not worth the headache.

My husbands car randomly stopped working and he took it to 4 different auto shops to get a diagnostic. All said everything was fine and no issues showing up, even though we had to jump it to start. Initially we thought it was the starter. He then brought it here and the employee who assisted him (wish he got his name) was able to properly diagnose the issue and test it out to be sure. It turned out to be a battery problem and the best part was it was all under a warranty. My husband says he definitely recommends this location.

Great service! I had to stop in here to get a valve cap for my car because mine was stolen. They were quick to point out where I could find them in their store and even offered to fill up my tire with air for me. Miguel was extremely helpful.

Called in advance for a part. Guys says they have it. Drive ALL THE WAY THERE for them to tell me "we're doin an update and can't help you for an hour". you'll have to stand here an hour before we can even walk in the back to make sure it's actually even here. Morons

Pushed my roommates car across the intersection to get her to the Auto Zone so they could help us change the battery so we could get home. They closed the store 10 minutes early and told us to get lost. Then as they hurried and rushed everyone to get out of the store and the employees came out, they begin heckling us and making fun of the fact that they left us stranded in their parking lot until 4 am. Their regional manager will be receiving calls from me until something is done about this. I will NEVER return to Auto Zone ever again.
