Absolutely fantastic experience at this Auto Zone. I went to the one in Centerville first because I was having battery issues but they were out of stock for the kind I needed so they sent me to Bountiful. I am so glad they did! Candise B. took awesome care of me. She was so nice and helpful. Installed it for me and even helped with other issues I was having. She really cared about taking care of my situation and was super friendly in the process. Loved this place!

My car broke down around this area and I came to charge my battery and had to wait at the McDonald nearby with my wife and baby while it's charging. Two hrs later I came to pick it up and they couldn't find my battery turns out they didn't even charge the thing so they said to me to wait for another two hrs. So now I'm gonna walk to McDonald's to wait. These guys are unreliable the lady with the blue hair came and said nonsense without apologizing. Cmon the first thing a human being should do when making a mistake is to apologize. These people don't feel any remorse for what they do.

I stopped in yesterday for help with a check engine light code. I was immediately helped and went out to the car. I was amazed by the knowledge and how quick they had the results.
They printed off what was wrong and made suggestions to correct the issue.

Not very friendly. I was looking for a 35 fuse, he said they didn't make them anymore, yet they're on Amazon. He acted like it was a pain to help me.

I don't typically write reviews, but wanted to share my experience with the Bountiful AutoZone. I came in to buy a new headlight bulb, and sales associate Chad W. immediately offered to help find what I needed, after which, he came outside, took the old one out, put the new one in, and had an awesome attitude. He was quick, efficient, and polite. When I went to tip him, which I felt he deserved, he wouldn't accept it, and simply told me that is what he is paid for. I attempted again to tip him and he politely declined. Cool guy, great service. I'll keep coming back.

Jeff was amazing!! We showed up at 7pm on a Sunday with a nail in our tire, no tire stores are open and we had a 750 mile trip back home to San Diego that we just barely started. Jeff saw my husband & I struggling on what to do, he not only had the suggestion of to fix it with their repair kit but I think he could tell with our deer in headlights look that we needed help. He ran & grabbed his tools & in 20 degree weather he fixed our tire. The patch job fixed it perfectly & we made it all the way home with no issues whatsoever. That is what I call over & above service he saved our entire trip & prevented us from catching frost bite trying to do it ourselves. Thank you so much autozone for having a repair kit & hiring our savior Jeff!!!

Everything was fine with this store except for the store manager Shannon h. She was loud and harsh with her employees. Which made us and other people in the store uncomfortable. I asked her about how to clean my headlights and she talked down to me like I knew nothing about cars and have no idea what I'm getting myself into! Very rude! Not returning here again!

Jordan reminded me that good service is not dead. I needed to replace a battery in my car, Jordan educated me on what my options were & after the purchase offered to help install so I can take advantage of the current rebate. In the snow he switched my battery with a smile. In this current climate I really appreciate good service, it's becoming rare. This Bountiful store has always had amazing service, keep up the good work! Thanks

Customer service from Mario was fantastic! He looked up parts needed to replace headlightsl, then came out to my car to verify what I thought I needed.
He helped me identify the real problem, went to the aisle to get the right parts and Installed the headlights vs like so many stores they point down the aisle and tell you to go find it yourself and most offer offer no assistance to get the part installed. Customer care the way it ought to be! He explained to me in car language so I could understandand how to reset my high beams. He was very nice, very informative and very helpful. Way to go Mario!
