After being brushed off at the local home supply store for a rivet remover, I tried this Autozone as a last resort. My expectations were blown away as 'Comillo' (spelling might be wrong) came out to my car and removed the rivets for me. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This will now be my main auto parts supplier from here on. If you need a part, help, or advice, try here first.

My car wouldn't start and we were staying at a local motel near the Apex location. The manager, Julien, came to jump start my car, and asked me to follow him to the store so he could check it out with the diagnostic machine. Employee Jerry was also very helpful and kind. Julien replaced my battery for me. He was amazing! That store will definitely be my go-to while we're staying in Raleigh area.

Pretty good location here. It's a great place to go if you don't know much about cars. They have lots of products. Also the staff know lots of local mechanics. There may be someone there at that time that can fix your car. Go try them out.

The guys here were very helpful even when they were super busy. I was thankful for how they helped.

Our windshield wipers had to be replaced. Eric, the store manager, helped us select Rain-x blades. He had a terrible time installing them so he offered to try the upgraded brand, Bosch. He was able to install those in no time, no issues. We offered to pay the difference but he said the store would cover it. Eric was eager to help us with the install and was very personable. It was fantastic to experience such a high level of customer service. Thank you!

This morning my husband and I came in here, due to my car not starting twice this morning. The manager at this location was phenomenal!! He installed a new battery for me, broke everything down, and the overall customer service we received from him, was incredible! Highly recommend this location!!

I recently went here because of trouble with my car, after going to many shops & no one having an answer, I ended up needed to pull over! Thank god auto zone was right here. Erik came out and new exactly what was wrong and helped me out so much pointing me in the right direction giving me a guy to come out to my car and take care of it!

I had just purchased an older car and wanted to fix some minor issues so I went to Autozone in Apex for some help. I bought a battery, which Julio was kind enough to install for me. Angela helped me brighten up the old headlights and saved me some cash by fixing what was there rather than buying a new kit. This was way above and beyond my expectations!
