Auntie Anne's is a staple at malls. It's a great hot snack while walking around. Their soft and crisp pretzels are so satisfying and delicious.

I've been to this location twice this month to redeem my app BOGO rewards. Both times I've ordered our usual Almond and Salted regular pretzels, and they were hot and ready! I was so excited bc with cheese everything came out to be about $5. The clerk also gives a lot of extra mustard. I remembered her from the first time, and so it was odd that the second visit she actually asked if I wanted to add my rewards points to my app. She didn't ask me the last visit, so now I question if I ever got points from my previous visits bc no one has ever asked me before. Usually they scan my QR code from my app to redeem the rewards promos. Oh well. I've been pretty satisfied every visit bc they're pretty nice.

I forgot to mention the last visit, about a couple months ago, I redeemed $5 off of a bucket. It was towards the end of the day, so they were closing. They didn't have enough of the regular Salted pretzel bites to fill a bucket, but the clerk allowed me to mix the cinnamon and Salted ones into my bucket anyway. Then when I wanted to add cheese last min, they just gave it to me complimentary. I was in shock bc I was ready to pay. I kind of just walked away baffled. I tried to look it as they were gonna throw the leftovers away anyway. The pretzels were a bit hard and cold, but that was my fault coming in last min on the last day of my coupon. I went home and reheated them in the oven.

*Sorry my pics don't show the actual pretzels. There's no seating area, so I ate while walking. But the pretzels are a good size abs color.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would definitely do that! I ordered off the website, and the order once received was incorrect. I called and spoke to the store manager, Fernando, and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He rudely he told me to call DoorDash and they would issue me a credit. I informed him I didn't use DoorDash, that I went through the companies website itself. and he told me he didn't know how to give me a credit, and that I could come pick it up. I told him that if I could come pick it up, I wouldn't have placed a delivery order to begin with.
He even had the nerve to call me back after our conversation ended to tell me that his employee had put the missing item in the bag, and that I should look again. I informed him that I had looked twice before even calling to let them know that they had not included everything I paid for.
Save your time, your money, and don't order from them. Fernando is obviously an older gentleman and you would think that he would know how to handle a customer complaint and give better customer service. Terrible! Terrible!

Worst one in Albuquerque. Horrible customer service. Lazy attitudes not worth the food. They will say an item is out but in all reality just too lazy to make fresh ones.

I have to rate 1star because I can't rate 0star: They took the wrong order, and the guy was glaring at me. I won't recommend it and will never come back again.

Cashier was okay to start after we paid we asked for 1 more cheese dip not knowing it cost extra and he started berating us for asking for free stuff. I would have been willing to pay for it but he was so rude over something so small it was not worth dealing with him. Not going back just to be yelled at over dipping sauce.

Will not honor Entertainment coupons. Claim they can't enter the code. Coupon is for buy one get one free. Logic dictates to ring up one and give out two. If issues with inventory, make a notation. Simple!

Went to the lower level location inside Coronado Mall hours before closing time. They were completely out of all pretzels except two shriveled, dried out almond (or something like that) pretzels. When asked if they were going to make some more pretzels, the girl says "nope". We passed back by after shopping 1.5 hours later...they were still open with nothing to sell. Nice business model!
