Outstanding service and for a reasonable price! Extremely professional and the work done was completed quickly, efficient and exceptionally clean.
Not only did they complete the job, they even came back next morning since a squirrel was burrowing in a soffit and was dormant during the procedure and afterwards was trying to break out. Well my attic was sealed so good that the squirrel could not get out! They came back immediately and removed the squirrel and released it back into nature.
Great communication throughout the process, from Bob explaining in detail at initial meeting and Steve and his crew working diligently!!
So thankful I made the call! I can now sell my home with confidence that the attic and its insulation is in tip top condition.

Starting with Bob's initial visit, he was friendly, straightforward, and to the point regarding requirements and providing a quote. Victor and his crew were on time to perform the work. They were friendly, direct, and went right to work completing the job as promised, leaving the house in the same condition as they found it. Good value and a job well done.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone. Bob Pissilo was great - explained everything in detail. The workers were fantastic. Courteous, once again answered our questions, and cleaned up really well. Kept us informed as the job progressed (we were dealing with two separate areas) We were very impressed with their service and their work.

We had a great experience with Atticare in Los Angeles. Our 80-year-old home had a long term rat infestation we resolved, but it left us with damaged, gross, contaminated and potentially toxic (not to mention old and ineffective!) insulation. I called Atticare Friday. On Monday, Cody came out to look at our attic, hear our concerns, and give us a quote, and scheduled the work for Friday.

Atticare called the day before to confirm all the time. Miguel arrived within the first 20 mins of the arrival window and the team set up a plastic corridor between the attic and the front door to make sure none of the potentially toxic rat "byproducts" or insulation got into the living spaces. They removed all the old insulation, vacuumed everything out, sprayed it with a sterilizing spray. I have a really keen sense of smell, so I could just barely smell a slightly minty odor. They rolled in the beautiful new insulation. They were in and out within about five hours, and even vacuumed up the floor just to make extra-sure there was nothing that escaped.

We did discover there was a small area under some screwed-in plywood that the team wasn't able to access on the day. I emailed them about it on Saturday, and on Tuesday a small team came back to vacuum out the remaining rat "byproducts" and fill in the insulation. I'd make sure they're able to access every area you need cleaned and insulated. They really did an amazing job. We'll look to them again when we need insulation under the house.

In all honesty, I can't believe I'm leaving this great review! Allow me to explain. I have a master bedroom above a large crawl space. The floor is very cold in the winder. You have to wear slippers since it's that cold. I needed some work performed under some bay windows as well as the crawl space. I'm sure anyone in this situation would request three or four estimates. One company would charge $16,000 and another was $12,000. What price did Bob Pisillo from Atticare give me? Zero, 0, nothing, nada. He explained that spraying foam would be a waste of time and money. He explained that foam would not provide and more insulation than I currently have!
Do you believe that? Someone totally honest recommend I not spend any money. When I heard that I was shocked! Never did I experience a vendor not cheating me or attempting to get my hard earned money. Would I recommend Atticare? You bet!!

ATTIC INSULATION WITH FIBERGLASS

Came on time. Kept all appointments. Near work. Respectful of my property. Quality work. Always wore protective gear.

We recently needed all the insulation replaced in our crawlspace due to a burst pipe and once again Atticare did a great job. (Several years ago we had Atticare clean out and replace the insulation in our attic.) Manuel and his team were very neat and clean workers and the job was done well within the time estimated. It was not an easy job as our crawlspace is very tight in places but the crew were very professional and efficient. We highly recommend Atticare.
