Great home inspection company!! Very detailed oriented and any questions me and my partner had for our new home they were very happy to answer. Highly recommend, they are the best in Miami I believe from the quality and detail inspection they gave. Thank you very much now my partner and I are ready to live safely in our new house (:

Our inspector Luis was excellent. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. Quick turnaround for reports, as time is of the essence! In fact, after we received our inspection report, we had a couple of questions, and Luis took time out of his weekend to answer our questions. We never felt like he tried to rush us off the phone or give a 'generic' answer. Highly recommend. Thank you Luis

We are purchasing an older condo and needed a quick inspection.
Atlantic was VERY helpful and the young man that arrived was extremely and thoroughly trained and submitted his report, as requested, early the next day. I suggest that this company, is a WISE choice to select when you need them.

Luis Jauregui from Atlantic Building Inspection performed an inspection in a house we are in the process of purchasing as well as on the house we are selling. He was very pleasant to work with, arrived earlier than our scheduled time and was extremely efficient. He sent us the report within a day or two and it was easy to u ferry and. We highly recommend this company.
