ATA Martial Arts

Mr. Robert Long was extremely condescending to my wife and daughter and I have a real problem with how their confidence has been torn down. After only two sessions (within 3 days) at the ATA location in Poland, OH, my wife was asked not to return for 4 months despite paying for two weeks of sessions. We signed up for this program to instill confidence but the exact opposite happened. I don't care about the fact that we paid for services not rendered; I do have strong feelings about how Mr. Long has undermined my wife's and my daughter's confidence in an exceptionally condescending manner. No specific rational was communicated to my wife. No offer to return/pro-rate the money paid for services not rendered. Epic Failure. I did call to resolve and understand better but Mr. Long was not available until sometime next week.
