Where do I begin? AMAZING! They made time very quickly to come out and assess my hardwood floors and steps that needed refinished. It was a pleasure to find someone who was so enthusiastic about their work. They provided me with recommendations on the spot and were very honest in their evaluation.

All of my questions were answered during the estimation visit and they made we feel very comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. I was pleased to find an official estimation in my inbox the very next day. It was the most professional and thorough statement-of-work I've ever received. They were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I was given excellent explanations of what, when and how they were going about things. If something in question came up, they gave me a call to talk through it.

They went above and beyond in many ways! The steps were quite squeaky. I came home after the first day they were redoing them, to find that they secured them and the squeaking was gone! The output was more than we could have asked for. The floors are beautiful. It is easy to see that craftsmen who take pride in what they do refinished our floors & steps.

My condo was flooded and needed remodeling. I had few different contractors give me quotes, unlike other contractors Ascolani gave great recommendations and unique cost saving ideas which let me to choose them. Asoclani definitely has a great vision and attention to details when it comes to remodeling. From color matching, flooring, and kitchen cabinets design, they made sure the style/design would all fit together. Since the condo had never been remodeled in last 20 years, there were hiccups along the way but Ascolani documented and communicated everything promptly and suggested solutions. I was able to go to my 9-5 job stress free having Ascolani manage the project. They went above and beyond expectations. Now my unit is one of a kind in the building. My family and friends love it and I already have recommended Ascolani to them for their projects.

My wife and I hired Ascolani Flooring & Stairs to refinish our living and dining room wood floors. We had red oak floors that was old and yellow with a poly finish. The manager came in for an evaluation and was very personable and professional. After discussing what we were ideally looking for, he provided a thorough and detailed quote for us. After officially hiring him for the job, he was able to star the job right away for us. After stripping down the wood floors, we then squared off an area on the floors for a variety of different stain samples. Once we determined which one we wanted, he then cleaned up the sample area and turned our old yellow floors into an amazing focal point of the house! He did a Swedish finish to our floors, which does have a very potent smell while drying, but was very much worth it! Our floors are absolutely stunning! He even constructed a couple thresholds for us that really help make our floors stand out and transition into the entry way and kitchen beautifully. My wife and I are incredibly happy with the results of Ascolani Flooring & Stairs workmanship. Our living and dining room floors are incredible, and now a major talking point when anyone comes into our home. We had him work up a quote for our entire upstairs after his fantastic work in our living and dining room, and look to hire him again next year to make the upstairs just as beautiful. I would highly recommend Ascolani Flooring & Stairs if you're looking to refinish any wood floors in your home. Their craftsmanship is fantastic and professionalism was a pleasure to work with.
