Outstanding service.
I tried to change broil element on our in cabinet oven and didn't turn off power before I started.
The oven sparked and damaged the connecting wires. I had already gotten a new element online but needed someone to fix my mistake and install element.
Technician knew exactly what to do.
He pulled out the oven and repaired the wires from the back. Took him around 40 minutes.
He gave me a price before he started work and that is what I paid.

I don't do reviews often but my hope is that I can keep someone from making the same mistake I made. The only reason why I chose this company was because they were highly rated and had decent reviews. My experience truly makes me question the integrity of the other reviews.
9/17/18 Update since more has transpired since my initial review and also the owner updated his response and flat out told a bunch of lies.
I was NEVER happy with my service, a year warranty was never offered to me, I have not been refunded for anything, ALL LIES. The technician called me twice after I left my initial review and sent me two text msgs telling me he got fired and asking me to remove my review. THEN this man showed back up at my house Friday night at abt 7pm and stood outside my door. I'm not sure what he was saying because he has a deep Russian accent but I refused to open the door and called the police. He stayed there for a good 10 minutes. I understand that he didn't like my review but this man had no business coming back to my house for any reason, ESPECIALLY unannounced. My husband called him and told him to never come back to our house. If this company continues to harass me about the review I left, I will seek a restraining order. My experience with this company has seriously been a disaster. I'll be sure to share my experience with my homeowners' association website.
9/13/18 If I could give them zero stars I would. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I chose this company because they were rated highly by google, yelp, and other sites. I needed my washer that was less than 2 yrs old repaired. A "technician" came to my house to do diagnostic testing. It was a service call for $59.95 come and diagnose the problem.
The person "David" came to my house and took my machine apart and could not figure out what was wrong so he contacted his manager to assist him. After discussing with his manager he told me that my control board and display board needed to be replaced but also told me that power was detected on both. He proceeded to tell me that the cost to repair would cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $500 and his recommendation was for me to just get a new washing machine and proceeded to put my machine back together and mentioned that I would just owe him for the service call fee of $60. There was plenty of banging around in my washroom as he was taking my machine apart, and even more so when putting the machine back together.
None of the above was really the issue that warranted a 1 start review until the man put my machine back together and pressed the power button and my machine turned on. He then proceeds to tell me that, there's going to be a small labor fee and that I now owed $120. I asked him why and he said "because it's working". I said "but it's not working because you fixed anything". After going back and forth with him he proceeded to call his manager who gets on the phone and tells me the same thing. I told him that I was not paying the "small labor" fee and I was paying for exactly what he did which diagnose the problem. The manager finally said "fine but you don't get any warranty". Not sure what the warranty would be for anyway since he didn't do anything anyway so I said that was fine.
Here is the kicker, I payed him ($59.95) and as he was putting away his tools (while mumbling about how cheap it was), I started the machine while he was still there to test it out and it turns out that my machine still didn't work properly and it lost power about 1 minute into the cycle. Good thing I didn't pay him his "small labor fee". I despise dishonest businesses they will do anything to get over on peopleHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Dear Mechel,
You were happy when our technician left your house and when I spoke to you on the phone. You did sign the invoice due to you do not want to pay for the repair and your machine was working (the way you saw it, but not the way we wanted to fix it). We do provide one year warranty on our repairs which you declined.
Just to prove our side of the story we did fully refund of your money for Service call you paid as well, even though we traveled to your home and diagnosed your appliance, which is what the Service Call fee entails. We do not charge people for the work we don't do or which our customers decline. Technician did troubleshoot your machine for about 2 hours and reset the main boards, however he told you will be better off with new machine. The repair in your case was similar to replacement cost which we explained, but it is always nice to blame the messenger. Thousands happy customers can confirm the way we working.

I rent a house in Marietta and there is always something to take care about, in my case as household appliances. I've already used ASAP to fix my dishwasher and this time my refrigerator was on a blink. I called them after 4 pm and 45 minutes later the technician was already at my house to take care of it. The refrigerator problem has been solved and my food saved. Thank you ASAP, you made my day the second time .

Denis was on time, straight forward and quick to get it fixed! Large up right freezer defrost thermostat went out and able to get it fixed day of and save some of the food! Had a shop vac for water- no need to provide towels and I was satisfied with the price! first time coupon was a bonus and it was WAY cheaper than getting a new one. I recommend this company.

I was worried about finding someone on short notice because it was the day before thanksgiving. In the middle of cooking my desserts, I come back to find a half-baked pie and a cold oven. No oven, no turkey. I'm the panicky type so this is a perfect time to happen right before the holidays.
I called and they were on site that day to fix my oven. Their associates were courteous, straight forward and the quote given was very reasonable. It didn't take long for everything to be fixed and replaced so I could go right back to baking!

Our dryer was running but not heating and we tried all the at-home tips to make it work again. After no progress, I looked on Yelp for recommendations. ASAPpliance Repair came highly recommended. I called and got an in-home appointment the next day! The repairman gave me a heads up call, arrived on time, and was professional the entire visit. The base charge for them to come out (as of 1/20/17) is $145. That ended up being our bill since our dryer was apparently running fine, it was our outlet that was wired incorrect (which he also fixed, new home that was built). So while I cannot attest to the experience if one needs a part replaced, my encounter with this company went well. If I ever need their assistance again (let's hope not!) I will gladly use them again.

This was, by far, the BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced. The technician went above and beyond. He explained what he was planning on doing to fix the problem and showed me everything he was doing step by step. He answered all my questions and fixed my refrigerator in a timely manner. Not only that, but he showed me how to maintain my fridge on my own, so I wouldn't have any more problems. Now it is working better than ever! I will be calling him for ALL my appliance problems!!!

I first called two other appliance repair places before ASAP. Neither of them returned my call. AT ALL. Seriously? A customer leaves a voicemail asking for an appointment and you don't call back? Incredible.... So when I called ASAP and a) someone answered the phone, and b) offered to have someone come out the same day, I was really impressed. The gentleman who arrived immediately diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his vehicle, and repaired it in about 20 minutes. We were prepared to go buy a new fridge so I'm really happy that he said this would give us 10 more years if wanted to wait that long.
