Very generous owner! I was treated like Royalty! I highly recommend them, integrity is everything and honesty , courtesy goes a long way. I will defiantly return. I have been a patron there along with my mother since 2012.

I love this place.. it has basically everything for your garden needs and feng shui.. The owner, Brian was extremely nice and professional. He helped us to choose a beautiful pair of foo dogs!! Extremely grateful and we will be back again! THANK YOU!!

Great outdoor pots/ceramics and they are willing to make deals. They prefer cash but take card as well

Be very careful doing business with this place. I went in to buy $1000 worth of fountain rocks and misc. The guy who works there named Chris Thanh Nguyen. He may be the owner. He made me put down 30%. When I changed my mind about the rocks, I called him back immediately and wanted to cancel the order. The rocks are still at his store. He was very persistent about keeping my $310 deposit. He said that is his store policy, to charge 30% on any change in order. He said that is written on the back of the receipt. There is no such thing. I looked at my receipt and there was nothing about the a 30% charge for changing mind. I was willing to give them something but not 30%. He would have nothing to do with that. He wanted the entire 30%, no bending whatsoever.

First of all, he wasn't friendly or helpful when I went in. Now, he showed that he is extremely inflexible. Not a place I would ever do business with again or would recommend anyone to go there. Their products are even on the pricey side.

Nice going, Chris. You just eliminate a would be life-long customer.

Some nice things, customer service ok. My main impression echoes some other reviews that this place is overpriced on plants, pots and garden objects. I got the impression that they set prices on the fly and nothing I looked at had a price tag on it.

Very poor customer service. I was looking for a Buddha fountain and the price they offered was $800. I went to Art Craft statuary in Oakland and got the same fountain(same model, from the same catalogue) for $275! I am so glad I didn't end up buying from here.

If you were ever in the market for a large white statue of Buddha or Mary or Christ then this is your place. Large pots, fountains and random other "garden" accessories (like those giant purple clear rocks with the ugly shell) fill the store and the outside of this place. It is an obstacle course to make your way through, but there is selection and it is in town which is an added bonus. Delivery is available.

We had a great experience at Art Craft Trading. First of all, we loved looking at everything they had on display, lots of variety in planters and sculptural pieces, sizes, shapes, themes - some really nice statuary. We were only looking for small planters, and we found lots to choose from. The owners were very friendly and just the right amount of helpful. The prices were quite reasonable and they even gave us a discount because we were buying multiples. We will definitely be going back whenever we need something for the yard.

I bought two garden fountains from this place and I'm very happy with my purchase. I got two beautiful solid-stone fountains for the price just a little more than what would have paid for the fountains made of cheap synthetic materials available at places like Home Depot. For the second fountain, I noticed that it was missing hollow space to place the pump, so I went back to the store. The owner gave me an add-on piece to correct this at no charge, no question asked. He is a smart business man.

We recently purchased a Jade Lady Buddha statue at Art Craft Trading Co. We wanted a statue that was tall and heavy. We are so pleased with the elegant statue as well as with the services provided by all of the employees who work there.

The owner and workers are so eager to please the customer and they try their best in all phases of the transaction - including browsing, selection, purchase, delivery, and set up at the customer's home or business.

Most statues/icons are portable. However, all heavy or bulky statues are delivered free of charge to the customer. The firm makes sure to position and orient the product wherever you wish and they will not leave your site they have cleaned up their packaging and until you are completely satisfied with the delivery services

The Owner, Chris (Thanh), is very friendly and routinely adds to his inventory new or different products that might appeal to the tastes and interests of his customers. The Manager, (Bay) is helpful in answering all the detailed questions customers always have. Dung , the handy man, transporter, and installer is experienced, skillful and creative. All are enthusiastic about their work and eager to please the customer.

This business has statues and icons representative of a cross section of religions. So if you have a need for your garden or pond, it is most strongly recommended that you pay a visit, casually stroll throughout the business property, browse the inventory and see for yourself if they have what you may be interested in. If not, ask one of the staff. Maybe they have it in a catalogue and can order it for you.

Overall the business is customer oriented, sincere, enthusiastic, professional in
the transport, delivery, reinforcement of the base upon which the statue will be mounted, and (professional in) perfect statue set up, verticality, and precise facing direction. We found the prices to be quite competitive with the marketplace. You can't go wrong dropping in and "checking out" the shop. We most strongly recommend you do so.
