I am very upset with them at this time. We have gone to this dental office since they started but they did not have the consideration to give us any notification whatsoever that they increased their private insurance, that you are pretty much forced to take because they aren't accepting hardly any other insurances, by $150.00! We received 4 texts reminding us of the appt., but not one mention of the increase. Went through the total cleaning appt with the hygienist and the dentist...not one mention of the cost increase. Checking out AFTER the appt. and the receptionist has ALREADY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD...not one mention of the price increase until we look at the receipt and say "what the hell?". THEN the receptionist fumbles with saying "we haven't made any price increases in 5 years".
The point is....not once were we notified of this price increase and given the option to opt out or have a different option. Like I said at the beginning....I am very upset and disappointed with this company at this point and would not recommend them to anyone who is having to watch your budget.

After a string of lackluster experiences with FM dentists, I'm happy to have found Riverview Family Dental. Derek and his team are very welcoming and professional, which lead to my most comfortable dentist visit to date. They provided a plan to fix some issues, but even better provided a longer game plan to improve how my smile looks long term. If you're going to spend money on your mouth anyway, why not make it look better? And they really listen when it comes to sensitive teeth... something that it off-putting regarding other offices.

I'm very pleased with my experience at Riverview Dental, both for dental work, and semiannual exams.

I have to say Riverview Family Dental is top notch. I have struggled for years with dental care. I dreaded going in because it was always bad news and painful. (It was still bad news but that's on me not taking proper care of myself) The level of care and encouragement I have received since coming here is beyond the best. They have been working with me to get me taken care of and have been understanding of knowing what I can handle taking on bit by bit. Dr. Harnish really took the time to talk to me and listen to what my issues were. He got me on a care program that has completely changed around my dental health. It's incredible really the difference it has made in my life. I can't begin to speak highly enough about this office. Not only has my dental health improved drastically but my attitude towards going to the dentist has completely changed. I look forward to my visits. Everyone that works there are not only friendly but truly leave me feeling like they care. Dr. Harnish couldn't have found a better staff. I still have a long way to go to get where I need to be but I have been inspired by this dental office which has truly made a change in my life. If you are considering a new dentist or maybe your first dentist I would implore you to make the right decision and go here. there are a lot of great dental offices out there but I truly feel you won't find an office better then this one. From me to the entire Riverview Family Dental Team, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me. Words can not touch the gratitude I wish I could convey!

amazing care wonderfull staff. had pain in my tooth i went in they said we got to treat the tooth ask me if i had a time i said yes. 1 and half hour later came out tooth was treated the same day that amazing!!!!!!!

Dr. Harnish makes me look forward to going to the dentist. Not only does he make you feel comfortable and well cared for, staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I love his holistic approach to dentistry and I know that I am getting the best care possible. His office is always improving and implementing the latest technology and services and my teeth are the healthiest they've ever been. There is no other office in the area I would trust more than this one.

Dr. Harnish has been my general dentist for about ten years now. His personality and professionalism are both refreshing and top of the line. I've had several aesthetic procedures done on my teeth, and have been very impressed not only with his attention to detail, but pride in his work. Would recommend to anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a new general dentist.
