Okay look, the inside is always sticky and dirty and makes me want to throw up. The food always makes me run to the bathroom after. Will I still eat here? Yes. Their sliders, happy hour deals, and deals like the 2 for 7 make it worth it.
Plus I think the staff is cool

Never a problem coming here. I normally order the beef and cheddar meal. It always comes out well. And the staff is very friendly. And quick. My drive through wait is normally under a few mins.
You need to get here. You won't be disappointed.

Very friendly service from Deborah. Clean. Enjoyable environment. Might want to brush up on "shaved" roast beef. But I'm very pleased!

Stopped here last night at 11:30, they closed at 1am. When we tried to order a jamoca shake they said the machine was down for the evening. Like, down because its broke or because the workers there are to lazy to wait untill its closing time to clean it? We also ordered two meals with medium curly fries and both of our fry cups were barely half full. The bread on my turkey sub was so stale and hard I could have beat a thumbtack into the wall with it. It was obvious the workers there were trying to get by with minimal work before close so they could be out the door at 1 instead of closing at 1 like they're supposed to. To make matters worse I was up at 5am sitting on the toilet. Althought I can't say with 100% certainty it was the arbys I ate last night one can only assume after the pathetic service and sub-par standards that it was. We won't be back. That place needs a serious management evaluation and the late night lazy crew needs fired.
