Excellent meal at the Applebee's in North Platte, Nebraska. My wife had the Fiesta Lime Chicken, and I had a Cheeseburger. We also had an order of onion rings. Both meals were cooked to perfection, just as we have come to expect from Applebee's. We were on the way home from a week vacation in Colorado, were hungry for a good meal, and we got it! Our meal was at about 3:00 p.m., both of us used the restroom facilities, and I can report that they were pretty clean even at this late hour. Good job Applebee's!

Waited over an hour for our food. Asked our server is she could check on it and she told us that they were really busy even though only a third of the restaurant was filled. She said that there was a lot of to go orders but in the hour we were there we didn't see one to go order go out. She was very rude to us and then walked back to the kitchen. We were asking the bar tender for the manager when another server who wasn't even our server came out and started talking crap to us. We decided at that point to leave because of the way we were being treated by the staff. We got home and called thr manager who was also rude to us. We will not be returning to this Applebee's. I would suggest going anywhere but there. ​

This so your typical Applebees. We arrived at 9pm which was the start of happy hour. There were a couple of drink specials and lost apps were half price. We sat at the bar and the service was OK. Drinks ran empty a few times.
I ordered the nachos and they were good, but had sat under the broiler a bit too long so some of the chips and the meat were near burnt.

My family and I stopped into Applebees this evening after a long day on the road. Within moments of being seated we were greeted by the very personable and highly efficient server, Jake who moved seamlessly back and forth between his other customers and our table, taking drink orders and delivering them within a few moments of our sitting down. Jake did not miss a beat- he took our appetizer and dinner orders, checked in throughout the meal, delivered refills, kept out table bussed and brought the check, which was accurate, in a timely manner with a genuine smile. We received 5 star service. We ordered the appetizer sampler- the quesadilla was good, the mozzarella sticks crisp and warm. For dinner, the Southwest Chicken Bowl was delicious and the other entrees were mediocre. We are giving an extra star due to our server because eating out extends beyond the food- it is an experience.

Ordered food. Didn't have it. No one knew why. Was a major bummer late at night. Don't order here.

when we got there we were taken to a table where the last people receipt was there. so we had to be taken to different table. then we waited, and waited. two other tables were seated and their server was right there. I asked about ours and was told she would be there shortly. never happened we waited twenty minutes and finely left. The hostesses were rude and acted like they didn't care.

Average. Not great, not horrible. The food was really salty. Came here due to having to stop for snow storm. It met the need.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered one salad. Got the salad but no dressing. Asked for an itemized receipt and no one can figure it out. Waited for 15 minutes for manager that never came. Terrible customer service.

Not the best time we've been there. Waitress took forever to get our appetizer out and then a couple of minutes later brought out our meal. Then disappeared for like 30 minutes and didn't refill our drinks till the very end. They put up all the chairs and swept and mopped around us. Very rude. All they cared about was trying to leave when we got there at 7. Over heard another server tell another table that's she's just trying to hurry up and leave when it wasn't even 8 yet. They just need to get there prioritizes straight and if they actually took care of us in a timely matter we would've been out in 45min not an hour and a half like it took.
