My father had the pleasure of working with Anthony Flores and his team at State Farm for the last 25 years of his life, and I have had the pleasure of being their client for eight years and many more to come. I cannot recommend them enough! The warmth and professionalism they display are unmatchable. Anthony and his team have always taken the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and they go above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best coverage whether it be home, auto, or life insurance - I know I can trust them to give me what I need and what makes sense for me! They take the time to explain every aspect of my policy to me, so I feel confident and secure in my coverage. They are patient and thorough when answering my questions and concerns with kindness and expertise.

I called and spoke with Anthony and explained I needed an insurance policy quickly because a well-known international company asked me for a Certificate of Insurance in order for me to do photography work for them.

Needless to say, Anthony was very professional and was able to help me in my time of need and issue a new policy and COI. He simply asked me some questions over the phone and asked for some photos and did not waste my time and did not even make me walk in to the store.

A few days later he stopped by my shop to hand deliver my policy documents. I HIGHLY appreciate that.

I've messaged/called them a few times about making a change to my policy and everyone always gets back to me. I love the fact that everyone here works and communicates with each other well.

Recently, we inherited property from my father-in-law. He had it insured through State Farm. In November we attempted to switch it over into our name & address so the statements & such would come to us - since he is deceased. When I called the agent- I didn't get a response- it switched over to the 'main' office I guess. The guy that answered was not very helpful and resistant to changing the mailing address, even though I explained my father-in-law had passed away. The policy was getting ready to expire but we still needed time to settle the estate so State Farm went ahead and took a payment from me over the phone.
We called back less than a month later to say we had insured the property through AAA so cancel the State Farm policy. They sent us a confirmation letter stating we would get a refund of unused olicy period. Here we are almost 3 months later and nothing. We have called at least 6 times within the past 2 weeks answer nobody knows anything there. First of all, we still have NEVER spoke to the agent as his number always switches over to main office. All they keep telling us is that the policy is cancelled and they 'can't see anything on cancelled policies'. Sigh, and this is how they do business??? Good thing we insured elsewhere because I'd hate to have to deal with them for a claim or anything else for that matter.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND SO GLAD WE WENT WITH AAA. We have NEVER received a call back from the agent, even after an 'urgent' message was left for him.
I would give less than one star if I could...
