Angelina's Pizza

I ordered a pizza on October 29 th, when I got home the pizza was burned (obviously burnt). I called the restaurant to inform them, asked if they could deliver a new pizza because I just picked this one up.
The lady on the call said I could come pick up another pizza or just get the next pizza free. I said ok. I recently patronized this restaurant again, ordered the pizza to pick up, however I was told they couldn't honor the free pizza because the lady who took the order which they confirmed didn't work there anymore and she did not write comments in my acct. I then said ok but how about giving me the pizza at the $9.99 price instead of charging me for the pepperoni, the lady said no I can't do that either.
I probably ordered pizza from there twice a month for my kids but I will not be going back........

I came across Angelina's when I needed to order a few pizza's for my daughter's class. Being that every other pizza spot in the area opened at 11, and her lunch time is at 11:15, it was convenient that Angelina's opened at 10 am, so I gave them shot, and boy am I happy that I did! The pizza was pretty good, and great service is always a plus! With that being said I decided to grab the fam some take out again from Angelinas the other night, we ordered pizza of course, wings, and antipasto salad, everything was fresh and tasty! The price are super reasonable, I've found my new go to pizza spot in the area! If I wasn't in a rush for pizza for my daughters class, I probably would of never found this place!

I've ordered from this location MANY times. I always get delivery and they take orders up to 2AM.
I've tried three of their "gourmet" pizzas and their white pizza is by far the BEST. Lots of garlic and ricotta. And the second goes to their BBQ chicken pizza, although if you don't like green bell peppers I'd avoid this one, there's A LOT. Lastly, I tried their pesto and I was disappointed in it, wouldn't order that ever again.
Their chicken fingers are very good, so I would recommend them, and they have good "money saver" specials for those and pizzas together.
As far as their appetizers go, the garlic balls for the price and quantity are your best choice. I've had their calamari and fried zucchini and you can tells its just prepackaged and all frozen. Which I understand, but the flavor is really lacking.
Overall, I would recommend this place!!

Worst delivery at any hour. Food took over an hour to leave location. I had to call the pizzeria four times, was placed on hold three times before I could speak to anyone. Kept getting put on hold. Was calling to ask about delivery time. Still waiting! Open until 2am, the lights are on but nobody is home. Needless to say, if I live in Vegas I expect Vegas service. Which i'm sure all of you would agree we in the industry strive to give the best customer service around the globe! So bummed and still waiting for my food. WTF
Finally spoke to a Carrie/Kerry. She wasn't to thrilled I asked her name or about my purchase on Yelp! Not to mention my garlic knots came without sauce- wtf. The$8 pizza was enough for 1 person, definitely an appetizer size.

Angelina's should definitely win an award for their awesome calzones and strombolis. Now their pizzas...let's just say it's decent once you dunk it in their housemade Ranch dressing. The garlic knots are superb! Very glad that 30 pieces come in an order - not that you'll finish them all.

Lastly, this place is pretty popular, so to-go orders can take 60 minutes. Just a heads up if your starving when you place the order.

How is Angelina still in business?
They screw up everything and then have an attitude about it. Blamed it on the 3rd party delivery service and said I need to contact them to resolve issue.
Delivered my pizzas on the wrong day, don't speak a lick of English, tried to charge me and told me I need to call EAt24 to get reimbursed.

No, just NO to all of it.

This is my go to Sports bar and restaurant, whenever I'm in the mood for Pizza and wings. The Philly subs are delicious and the service is exceptional. Chanielle was my waiter today and he is very helpful and provided us with exceptional service.
I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes American food, Sports, and games such as Pool, darts, and Machine games. Don't forget to check out the new hockey table game with the Golden Knights crest! That is out of this world

This place has a notoriously rude staff. Always has been, apparently always will be. My last time trying them out was today. I ordered online, go to pick up and after waiting 30 minutes for a small pizza and fries, the large woman says "We are just waiting on your fries."

Really? It takes that long to make a pizza and you can't coordinate the fries to come out at the same time? So I literally say or do nothing. I am displeased but rather than say anything I remain quiet. So she says to me......."Well you don't have to stay if you don't want."

You are right. I don't. So I left. Rosati's is down the street serving better pizza with a nicer staff.
