After the cleaning of carpets, rug and couches were done, looked brand-spankin'-NEW! (Seriously! I never thought that light neutral rug would ever be the same. I wish I still had the pic I sent my mom after it was done.) Great work in timely fashion. Didn't hurt that the salesman was also easy on the eyes. :)
