Jay has taken the time to coach me through what I need to do to prepare to purchase a home in the next couple of years. Jay is a CFA which impressed me, and he makes himself available at my convenience for questions and thoughtful discussions. Jay was referred to us by a trusted friend and realtor who said he was the best in the business, and we can see why she felt that way. Our first home purchase took many attempts with several properties, and Jay patiently assisted us with every step and also referred us to other experts to facilitate the processes of repairs, appliance and carpet issues and so forth. During our recent refinance, he delegated his associate, Pam to guide us, and she was absolutely wonderful -- smart, honest, effective, and like Jay, very, very kind.
