Es la segunda cita que e tenido con ellos en esta dirección y las dos veces tanto la recepcionista, el equipo de salud que están ayudando al medico e incluso el mismo médico han sido muy amables, respetuosos y lo mejor de todo en tu idioma eso me dio seguridad al hacer preguntas y estas fueron respondidas de una manera clara , Gracias a todos!!!

I came in for a lasik consult. I've already been here an hour and have done like 3 tests. Super inefficient. They do one test then make you go to wait outside in the waiting room. Do another test and wait outside. Pretty ridiculous. They don't give you any expectations. Also the waiting room is packed meanwhile many workers just standing around having side conversations mostly in Spanish so I had no idea what they were saying. I may or may not change my 1 start but not likely. Some of us work so you may want to give people a heads up that the consult is going to take a very long time. I've been here an hour and god knows how much longer. I am sitting we in the waiting room waiting on yet another "test". I hate myself for staying but I've already been here this long and took time away from work. Grrrr!

I had laser eye surgery scheduled here .. with Dr. Ip. I had never met the guy until literally 5mins before my procedure. my appt was at 9 they asked me to come at 8:45 I did not get the procedure done until about 1030. I had horrible results.. cloudy/blurry vision for days on end.. I can't wear glasses but I'm not legally able to drive with the vision I'm left with. they don't talk to you about the complications only try and sell you on how amazing you vision will be the day after and they you would wish it was done sooner. From my knowledge no "time out" was done to verify the right person, procedure and locations. The second day I couldn't even open my eyes for a few hours.

I needed to have eye drops more frequently than normal yet I did not have refills put in for the one I used most frequently so I needed to call around just so that I could continue to follow the regimen the dr says will help.
The Dr is "following" more closely- basically just doing more regular
Checks on my eyes to see if there is any improvement. Which has cost me time and energy to try and go to all these extra appts but it's MY vision so I'm going and trying to hope for the best.

If my vision improves I will update this review if possible. Right now I regret doing it and wish I would have gone with a more reputable Dr.

If you want to wait for oner sn hour for each appointment, then go here. Doctors couldn't care less about the patients. They are over booked and never on time. The doctors barely give an explanation about one's issues. Prescribe drugs without explaining. You are just to supposed to blindly accept treatment. Avoid.

The most thorough and comprehensive exams I have ever had.
Courteous and professional staff. No waiting for your appointment either.

Speaking,my husband says Dr Sassini is very efficient on his treatment and his staff deserves appreciation.

Dr. Stainer is kind, friendly, communicative, and knows his stuff. Unfortunately, the office is like an assembly line. There are so many people waiting in the lobby, various staff people calling people into rooms, then they are shuttled to a waiting area, then back into a room. If you have an appointment at a specific time, be prepared to wait up to an hour (in my case) to actually see the doctor. While that is an annoyance, the staff is kind and diligent and Dr. Stainer is a gem.

Always a pleasure. Very professional. The latest equipment. Such ample parking. Can't wait to go back.

I got lasik surgery one month ago and i cannot be thankful and happy enough with the results. I've had the absolute best experience. The receptionist has been friendly every time. Dr. Roula has provided me with the highest level of care and listens to everything I have to say. Dr. Stainer made the lasik experience itself so easy and fast. The surgery coordinator Karina Fausto worked with me every step of the way making my life easier, especially when it came down to payment. Thank you to Carissa Bernal for encouraging me on my decision.
