American Architectural Windows

I recently reached out to Ed because I needed to install window guards for my building. This was the 2nd time I have requested American Architectural Windows to supply and install the guards and just like the previous installation, this process did not disappoint. Not only is Ed and his team incredibly responsive but I honestly believe the quality of the guards and the service is unparalleled. I really want to thank Ed and his team (Javier) for the most pleasant building maintenance work experience. I highly recommend American Architectural Windows for all window guard needs.

I called Eddy on a Friday near the end of the work day, he had my custom window guards ready by the next morning. I almost desperately needed window guards for new Sec 8 tenants for the unit. I explained my situation and he had them ready as promised in an expedited fashion. I couldn't thank him enough. So I decided my best thanks would be to provide a review!

Window guards fit perfectly, they also came with identification numbers used as per the city to certify they are approved by the city. Prices were more than fair, possibly unbeatable. Service was top notch, he even offered me water when I arrived. Maintained social distancing and had a mask on as well.

What I appreciate the most about my experience with the business is, he provided a complete service. I hate visiting multiple stores to complete 1 task. He gave me the window guards, the screws, required drill bit, and a quick tutorial on how to install with it being my 1st time. I had all 5 installed within about 20 mins max the same day I picked them up. No extra home depot or hardware trips for drill bits or screws or anything to help with the install. This saved me time, money, and heartache.

In conclusion, I loved the old school type of approach to helping me as the customer. I felt like I was dealing with a business that actually cared about helping me complete my task as they provided the complete materials needed. This type of thinking isn't usually found nowadays as the world moves so fast. I pray this business lasts for generations to come and wish them the utmost success. I plan on using them again. 10 stars!

Horrible service and came off quite pushy. The quote was also ridiculous considering their products didn't meet what I had expected.

I'm not a 5 star reviewer but American Architectural Window definitely earned them! We needed window guards for our new apartment and from the initial call for information, the quote and installation appointment the entire team was amazing! I wasn't sold something I didn't need, wasn't pressured or over charged. The installer was on time and work completed timely and professionally! Thank you Ed for an awesome experience and for helping keep our daughter safe!
