Al was an amazing resource when we were trying to find a house to rent in the Main Line from across the country. He helped to find houses that fit our criteria, arranged visits for our friends to see the houses for us, served as a liaison with the landlords and property managers, and answered all our questions as only an experienced realtor can. We recently moved from Virginia and happened upon Al while replying to a listing for a rental house. When it came time to negotiate with the sellers, he walked us through the process and helped us obtain an optimal price. He really stepped up when it came time for inspections, helping us to understand what to look for and what to bring up with the sellers that could help us further negotiate the sale price. Whenever he needed anything from us, he always explained it in a clear, concise, and honest manner. Many agents try to come off a little too perfect and put on a bit of a facade when working with clients, but we never felt this way with Al.
