I have been using Allbritten for over 10 years. They are a well established company with a highly-rated reputation. I've worked primarily with Aaron who provided prompt service for our plumbing needs. Following in his footsteps is his son, Nick who I'm having work on multiple plumbing projects in our new house. Allbritten provides written estimates prior to each job so you know the costs in advance. Their prices are competitive and actually lower than other companies. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

My new ac/heating unit was installed by Andrew and Aaron today. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating! They arrived on time and were so conscientious about protecting my property during the installation. While in the attic, they noticed 2 pipes that had cracked and repaired them. They kept me informed throughout the process and "trained" me on the new thermostat. They even changed a burned out light bulb on the ceiling! I highly recommend Allbritten. Cynthia Robinson

We knew that our 2 A/C units were on their last legs, and we decided this was the year to proceed. The teams led by Steven P and Parker B were outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, and even did extra things like replaced the bulb in our attic light without charging extra. The whole experience was smooth and we are looking forward to better efficiency with our units this summer!

We had George Duran Jr. come out to our home to do a summer service on our AC unit and we were very pleased with his efficiency and professionalism as he completed the recommended summer service.

He went out of his way to keep us informed on everything he was doing and was very meticulous in making sure he kept the work areas clean and neat.

Although our system is relatively new (having been installed by Allbritten approximately 8 months ago) George took his time and did not rush his duties even spending all the time needed in what I am sure was a very warm attic area as he inspected the furnace as well. Thank you, George!

I live in the Bay Area and a friend of mine who has had problems with her A/C not cooling her home. Although she has a newer unit every year, she needed to have someone come out and put freon in and it worked for a short time. On her behalf I called a few companies in the Kingsburg and Fresno Area. Prior to this she had a HVAC company (who was servicing the A/C) give her a bid of over $10K to replace the A/C and furnace. The first company I called came out and wanted to charge her around $1,600 to "diagnose" the problem. Allbritten was recommended by a friend in the Kingsburg area. My friend called me last night to say that Allbritten fixed the problem and she is so thankful. She said the men that came out were very polite and explained what they were doing to fix the issue. Seems now a days it is hard to find a company to trust. You can trust Allbritten.

Update: New owners- I wanted to give them more stars (Johnny Zapata is very kind and knowledgeable) but overall working with this company was not a good experience for us. Companies evolve and I hope the new owner (daughter of the second owner) allows Jimi, their ops person, who handles issues in the field along with bad reviews to bring in QC training for his team - from the initial call to the techs in the field. Inexperienced plumbers need to have senior plumbers accompany them on ALL calls. In the meantime, if you call this company, please ask how much experience the plumber has that will be scheduled for your job and make sure you get all estimates in writing - they can email it to you while you are on site and how the work being "done" will AFFECT their one year warranty.

Allbritten has it all when it comes to Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Heating. They just finished an installitation of a QuietCool Whole House Fan and Bosch Heat Pump. After 15 years our old Heating and Air Conditioner was on its last leg. We spoke with John , (Sales Team) and he very professionally explained the benefits of the Bousch Heat Pump System along with the QuietCool Whole House Fan. We have Solar and it made sense to go to a Heat Pump and save the cost of the Gas (that continues to go up in price) that is required in a convential air conditioning system. Steve, was in charge of our install and he and his Team had it done in a day. A very effecient team, explained what they planned to to do, and cleaned up very well after completion. Steve explained how to opperate the new systems which helped us just to relax and enjoy to new cooling system. Thank you Allbrittin and Team

They used to have the best service. Now there trying to show up to jobs at 5-6pm. Maki no you wait 10 hours of the day to have them come by. The girl on the phone was like we don't care you can reschedule in June in two months. Last time I use these guys for my properties.

Got my hvac system replaced that was well overdue.
Thanks to Andrew Figueroa and Aaron Keomo for the outstanding work. These guys were super efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Top notch service!!! Definitely using all Britten for any future projects in my home!

I just had a new hvac system installed. The staff that I dealt with, John, Dallas, Lee, and Shane, were all very knowledgeable and helpful. So far, the system is running great. I would caution anyone using the financing Albritten offers through Service Finance Company to make sure the product Albritten tells you you're getting is the same thing Service Finance offers. They like to " counter-offer" with something completely different.

We've used Allbritten for many years and always has great service. Today will be the last time we use them. We were told they would be there in there around 930. They didn't show up until after 1230. All we needed was a simple drain roto routered due to a toilet backing up. We have a problem with roots in the yard. I told them upfront that was the reason. The technician finally arrived late after a previously scheduled time. When the technician called he wanted to so an entire plumbing inspection, not what we requested. He wanted to upsell everything. They wanted to charge us over 2300 to install a curb clean out and 660 to pull the toilet to roto the blockage. We were behind the eight ball as the house had 4 small kids and two very backed up toilets, so we went with the cheaper 660 because the problem needed taken care of.
