Wish I could give them less than one. I've used them for the past five years. Never needed more than a yearly service but paid extra for their "service contract". Finally need them for an emergency call (no heat) and their answer is "sh-t out of luck" they no longer service my area. Not very good business ethics.

This company was phenomenal. We were in a bind where the flipper of our home we were selling didn't have the oil line to code. Why the town signed off on that, I don't know, but what I do know is - that no one desired to touch this project as my husband and I called numerous heating and cooling companies as well as oil burner companies.

This company picked up the phone right away - the guy sent out his man within an hour of my call, to see what was wrong - and his guy confirmed the oil line "wasn't to code" and he quoted us a price.

We weren't happy that the home inspector when we bought the house, the realtor - nor the town picked up on this - but this company came the day I called to give an estimate as I said - and then yesterday they did the job.

The gentleman was early too (I like that) - it was an 8 am appointment - he was fast - and he did an excellent job and brought us up to code and signed off on the Mass Compliance form.

Was a friendly but professional man. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his workmanship and their pricing.

We definitely will utilize them in our new home when we need tuning up on the boiler as well.

He also told my husband that the oil line was very close to leaking underground which would have cost us a fortune.

They saved the day, and so many further issues - and us money.

Excellent company! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I originally had all my services done with a different company ( no need to list them) for over a decade until they split and transferred my business to All Season Heating & Cooling. For the past 3 years they've been coming to my place, every time they serviced my furnace, it breaks the very next day. The very first year I thought it was a coincidence and didn't pay much attention to it, until the following year and then the 3rd year. The technician came to my house and finished the work, the very next day, I see oil dripping very slowly under my furnace to realize that he purposely loosen up some screws for me to call them to come and service it again. When I did, they said that it's not going to be free and I have to pay whatever the cost is.
Keep in mind that this company has only been in business for the last 4-5 years and they are NOT BBB certified.

All seasons heating and cooling did 4 oil burner tune ups in the last 5 years.The oil furnace went out on the weekend of a Patriots playoff game and we could not get anyone to come out.I opened cleanout by boiler and it was completely full with soot and I had to use a screwdriver and hammer to chisel it out.The soot went up the chimney one foot solid.I than took out oil filter ,and it was all full of sludge.we than changed oil strainer and furnace ran.3 days later we had to call the fire department for fumes in the house.They said CO levels were high and said not to use the furnace. ANOTHER NIGHT WITH NO HEAT.We had another oil burner company come out.They found top of boiler full of soot.They said it would take years to get as bad as it was.In an hour they went through the entire furnace, cleaning everything.The all seasons worker a year before also said the whole boiler was bad, when there was not enough hot water.THIS COMPANY NEVER CLEANED THE BOILER OR CHANGED OIL FILTER THE 4 TIMES IN 5 YEARS THEY CAME.THANK GOODNESS I AM ALIVE ,AS THIS COULD HAVE TURNED OUT FATALLY.THEIR WORKERS DID NOTHING WHEN THEY CAME.OUR BOILER IS 8 YEARS OLD ,IT IS A NEWER SYSTEM,AND IS NOT COMPLICATED TO DO AN OIL FURNACE TUNE UP.
