All Pets Vet Hospital is the best! My first time appointment taking macie,my 12 yr old mini schnauzer to have surgery to remove a large papilloma from her lower eyelid was very comforting knowing she was at the best Vet Hospital. Dr Sam examined her and performed the surgery that morning saying to me she will do fine. so relieved hearing those words...I picked her up end off day and was amazed how good she looked. Thank you Dr.Sam

I am beyond shocked to be reading what I am about All Pets and Dr Sam. I have been there for about 25 years now. Even after moving out of the area.
I only request Dr Sam. Dr Levy is qualified but I don't find her "bedside manner" and love of animals the same as Dr Sam's.
My continued use of All Pets is solely based on the human being that Dr Sam is. He is generous in helping animals in so many situations that he doesn't have to just because he genuinely cares about them- and without charge!
I am a female and I have always gone to him myself. He has never been inappropriate in any way. He is a social human being and is real. I appreciate that he will take the time to explain things to me and not rush me out the door to churn more business. He even tells me what options I have on costs. He explains them to me and then I can make an informed decision.
He is very sensitized to the human emotional aspect of pet ownership. I even have him combine my office visits to once a year so I can keep the costs down and he is fine with it. He is actually competitive with on line merchants for items like front line and heartguard and he is proud of that.
I am 100% in disagreement with these reviews that he is in any way inappropriate or overcharges etc. He is in the business of helping animals and he continually learns new technologies that can help them while hurting them less in doing so.
I think that what they do at All Pets is amazing and fair. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sent my sweet service bunny home paralyzed with a broken back. My sweet boy had no use of his back legs. He had to be put down and broke my heart. I still to this day cannot get over his loss. "Doctor Sam" is a disgrace and so is his staff for not standing up for these poor animals!
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 4, 2023Previous reviewAbsolutely disgusting practice! Abused and killed my sons bunny! "dr Sam" or Dr Death as we call him broke my bunnies back and sent me home with him like nothing ever happened. "Dr Sam" shouldn't be able to touch cold cuts let alone animals!!!!!!!!
Sep 1, 2022Previous reviewIf I could leave zero I would!!! This man broke my emotional support animals back and sent me with with him paralyzed and NEVER told me. When I called he kept screaming at me saying he didn't hit a nerve which I didn't even suggest he did, after all I am not a Vet. He also lied and said he was affiliated with another vet with the same name. My ESA had to be put down at another facility the next day. Feel free to reach out as I will be seeking retribution and can show proof from reports and X-rays. "Doctor" Sam is abusive to animals and verbally abusive to their owners. This man should not be allowed to touch cold cuts let alone living beings.
This is my sweet loving boy this man butchered, abused, and sent home paralyzed. What kind of sick person abuses a helpless animal like that. Please spare yourselves and stay away!!!!Feb 27, 2022Previous reviewThey paralyzed my service animal and sent him home and didn't inform me, he had to be put down because he would not even be able to relieve himself. The owner was the one doing the neuter and I hope he rots in hell along with the staff who knew.

In 2021, Dr. Stella Levy worked her and she was excellent with our 11 year old cat. However, she left ALL PETS and it doesn't surprise us. Dr. Sam is to be avoided at all costs. He may be a competent veterinarian, however, he made my wife feel very uneasy. I would not be surprised if other women felt uncomfortable about his unwanted advances, and several reviews suggest this. He tends to talk more about his personal life than the health of your pet. Will perform many "tests" which result in significant charges but deny you a copy of the prescriptions should you request them. It felt like "lets make a deal" when discussing the costs of the medicine, as he will badmouth online stores like chewy.com. He will gladly spend time talking about his extravagant lifestyle, however, I'm not willing to subsidize it. We found a new veterinarian, with reasonable fees.

My 14 year old Lab mix Daphne was diagnosed with cancer about 3 years ago. It did not look good for her as the tumor grew on her leg and we were worried we may need to put her down. Thru consultations with Dr Sam at All Vet's, we decided to go thru the multiple surgeries to remove most of the aggressive tumor in her leg. Now in her 2nd surgery she is doing great thanks to Dr. Sam and his staff who were so accommodating and compassionate. They saw through us that Daphne, other than the tumors, still had life in her as all her vitals were normal.
I can't thank the staff enough for all their support during this difficult time and hoping we can have Daphne with us for the foreseeable future.....

I really don't know what to make of this place.
First of all, the smell inside is so gross. I don't know exactly how to describe it, but I can tell you that it's repulsive.
Secondly, I've never felt more ripped off in my life. When I called, I asked for all the things I'd be expected to pay for the neuter/spay (I forget which is which) for my two cats. I was given a very low flat price. When I arrived, I was presented with a sheet that listed ALL THE OTHER add-ons I could pay for. That was overwhelming enough, but then the doctor came in.
The first thing he said was "you know Whoopi Goldberg?" We looked at him like... wtf. Lol we are both Black so it seemed like he was asking that for a reason. It was strange.
Then, he sat down, looked at the paperwork, and started adding all these other fees for shots and other stuff... out of nowhere. We ended up paying $750 for both cats. It was giving used car salesperson vibes.
Then, our female cat didn't want to get back in her carrier when it was time for them to go. He like shoved her into her bag and carried the bags away like they were groceries.
I can't. LolHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Christian T.New York, NY775Sep 18, 2022
The nurse staff is great, but Dr. Morsy "Sam" Alsamadisi has lost 3 law suits before and it shows.
We went to All Pets after buying a puppy Chiweenie from Shakeapaw in Green Brook. All Pets was closest to us and Shakeapaw recommended we make sure to see Dr. Levy.
Our fault for forgetting that one little footnote, our experience would have gone completely differently, and All Pets may have gotten a much better rating.
Once the doctor comes into the exam room he takes one look at myself and my girlfriend and asks if we are Filipino - then begins a 10 minute "ooo girl" session about how he was considering buying a $26,000 bracelet for a Chinese woman who was his "friend" from China, and how Chinese women are "by the book" and "love you one day and don't want to talk to you the next" but he "loves the Chinese people". As he's telling this story, the exam room phone rings. He silences the ringer. As he's standing on the other side of the exam table, his cell then rings and he picks up while we're standing there listening to his personal conversation. Mind you he hasn't introduced himself, asked about his clients, or his would-be new patient.
Before even seeing the pup, the doctor LEAVES the exam room to take care of something else. At first I felt bad after I noticed a security cam in the exam room because they must have definitely recorded my physical expressions of discontent, but I'm glad there's a security cam in the room because apparently the office was "backed up all day".
I wonder why.
Finally, the doctor came back and the pup was given 3 shots. We were NOT told to expect the puppy to be lethargic and lose his appetite the rest of the evening. Granted, if you're familiar with how vaccines work, there's a good chance you might expect those kinds of side effects.
However, if you're familiar with how healthcare professionals are supposed to carry themselves, there's a good chance you would also give this place 1 star out of 5.
The doctor tended to his patient for a total of about 20 minutes. Our visit was an hour and a half in total.
Unprofessional, negligent, and a waste of time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hillary S.NJ, NJ01Jul 20, 2023
My Dog Nala has been a patient of Dr. Morsy for a year. He delivered two of her litter's, and today he delivered 7 puppies. It was an absolute miracle, the Dr. And the staff were incredible. I have no words to express how grateful my family and I are for Everything you've done for our Dog Nala and her puppies. So patient, so professional, so loving, so understanding, truly expert Veterinarian. May God Bless you Dr. Money and all of your staff for this miracle of life.

DR. SAM AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING! Today they saved the life of my 13.5 year-old companion and best friend with his surgical skills. Dr. Sam used his expertise to diagnose and plan a rapid course of action that made the difference. Without their help, Max would not have made it. My family has been loyal to All Pets for 23 years for all of our 4-legged family members. Dr. Sam is an honest, straight-forward, incredibly knowledgeable vet, and also a friend. He truly cares about your pet's well being. Can't say enough great things. THANKS DR. SAM.

*this is my experience going to All Pets with a Friends of Animals spay certificate*
What a horrible experience. Scheduling the appointment was easy and fine, the person who helped me over the phone was nice and friendly. I specifically asked about any additional costs (aside from the certificate we had already purchased) that we should expect when taking our puppy to get spayed. I was told we could expect the cost of a cone and pain meds to take home with us. Fast forward to the morning of her appointment and my husband is given paperwork to fill out and there's a whole list of optional add-on's for the spay surgery. He checks no on most of these add-on's, aside from the pain medications to take home after the surgery and then waits and the doctor comes in to talk to him, who then comes in to tell my husband that these add on's were essential to the surgery going smoothly and insisted that if we didn't add on all these extras, there was no guaranteeing that it would go well. This all added up to an additional $460! On top of the $160 we had paid for the spay certificate that they accept. If these things add-on's are so necessary, please explain why aren't they a part of your standard practice? My husband left the office feeling uncomfortable and once he got home and explained what happened, we immediately called them and said that we were coming right back to pick up our puppy and that we wouldn't be letting them do the spay surgery. We still paid $110 for the pre-surgery bloodwork that they said was done already, but we just wanted her out of that doctor's care asap. Honestly, it isn't even about the money. We're going to take her to our regular vet and pay more anyway. It's more so about the fact that we were made to feel really uncomfortable by these surprise charges, the tone of the doctor and the implication that if we really cared about our puppy we would have no problem adding on all these extras. The thought of them performing a surgery on her made me sick and I'm so glad that we picked her up and got her out of there. I would give 0 stars if I could. 10000% don't recommend.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0
