I recently went in to get a quote on some passenger side damage on my car. I didn't want to go through my insurance because the damage was minor. I went in and was greeted my Jennifer she was wonderful . Tom came out introduced himself and took a look at my car, called out the shop Supervisor and asked me if I had time to wait, I said yes. They took my car to the back and within 45 minutes my car was done. I didn't expect them to do it right away, but I was glad because other shops wanted me to leave it for three days.
I have to say that the service was exceptional. I have NEVER had such great service at any other establishment.

All I can say is... my guy Jesse is very experienced and this shop is top notch.

This location wasn't my first choice. But I needed the best work not the cheapest work. It's true... You pay for what you get.

If you don't care about guarantees don't come here. If you worry about price, then go to the ghetto and get some cheap paint job and spare parts taken off your car.

Magic is just like that... it's Magic when they're done! The estimates are spot on. They do not hide the price they tell you everything upfront.

At the end of the day, my car bumper was spotless and brand new! I'm taking my other cars back... thanks, Jesse! My dude...

To Magic, as an employer in the entertainment space, guys like Jesse are very hard to find and keep. My suggestion is to do whatever you can to keep'em. ! I'm sure you are. Best always!

Beyond impressed with this shop & its staff. Jesse & the front desk staff were so amazing. They quickly fixed my car, made it look brand new & helped pick me up to get it. Jesse's professionalism and communication was outstanding. Let me know all details every step of the way. My 2022 truck came out looking brand new and didn't have to hassle with the insurance company and or the adjuster. He took care of it all. The owner of All Magic was very polite and personable and front desk gal Kayla was also extremely outstanding and on top of everything. I highly recommend All magic Paint & Body!!!

I recently moved to the area and had an accident. While looking for a reliable body shop, I chose All Magic Paint and Body due to their positive reviews. However, my experience didn't meet expectations. The fixing department took nearly 2 months to repair the back bumper, understandable for a Tesla. However, I faced issues with the billing department. Despite the other party's insurance covering the claim in full, I was still charged a $1000 deductible. Despite providing proof of payment and numerous follow-ups, it's been almost 3 months with no resolution. Very disappointed and would not recommend their services.

All Magic is the only body shop I'll take my vehicles to. Absolutely stellar work...
My insurance company specified aftermarket parts and I didn't like the fit and finish. My writer Jesse had his tech try to fix it and didn't like it either, so AM replaced the bumper cover with OEM and it looks better than new.

Great communication throughout the process. Jesse and Kayla were great to work with and it's always great to see Eli. Every time I've been there I've been made to feel like I'm their best customer.

Took my Lexus to get it repair, and Jesse helped me in keeping in touch every single update on my vehicle. Appreciate the hard work.

This review is on the work they did to my bumper. I asked them to buff out the lines that were in the clear coat only. I get my truck back and they just slapped paint over them. Jesse the manager thinks this job is acceptable. After my insurance pays them 6k they do this to my bumper. Looked better beforehand.
