As one of the largest veterinary clinics in Arkansas, All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in Mountain Home is where pets, farm animals, and all animals in between go to stay healthy and happy. Their team of vets, vet techs, and office staff is committed to providing animals with the best possible care. From tiny newborn kittens to horses, they always give animal owners peace of mind in knowing their pets are in good hands. Whether the animal is a beloved dog you treat more like a child or a member of your farm's bovine herd, All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has the experience and compassion needed to get them back on their feet. Their two locations feature state-of-the-art equipment with the room and resources to provide each patient with personalized care. Each vet on staff has a specialty, and you'll be matched with the best veterinarian for your animal's particular needs. The newest location, All Creatures Lakeside, is equipped to handle small animal services for dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. Their facility focuses on minor pet surgery, dental for pets, and preventative care. The pet hospital at the main office also offers large animal services. The surgical suite is equipped for soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and they also have advanced ultrasound technology. They are the only large animal ambulatory provider in the area, and 24-hour animal emergency care is available when you simply can't wait until morning...

The vets and techs at All Creatures have cared for my dogs for over15 years. They are caring and concerned, up on the latest vet information and don't overcharge or suggest a lot of pointless tests. They have helped my dogs and me through some serious illnesses and helped me realize when nothing more can be done. They have always been available when I've called after hours. The office supports local events and groups such as 4H and the local kennel club.
      I highly recommend these vets.

Took my two dogs for their second grooming (at all creatures, grooming) for the summer being that it has been so hot this summer, and they have been shedding like crazy and scratching. They both had medicated bags and got a short haircut and they came out looking amazing as always the girls at all creatures grooming do an amazing job. and it's so much more affordable for the price of both of them then lots of other places around they always go above and beyond and always come out looking more handsome, smelling good and looking flawless.

This is my big boy, anonymous, who's a bull mastiff/great Dane mix
This is my little one, callagun, who's an Australian shepherd.

My little doggie was very sick. My vet was out of town, and I called around for an appointment. No one had time for her (it was Friday). Finally, I called this office, and was told they would work my sick baby in. At about 4:30, the doctor saw her and and diagnosed her with colitis and borderline pancreatitis. She got shots, meds, and special dog food, and we were outta there by 5:30.
Thank you so much! Can't say enough good things about these folks!

Zero stars! Called All Creatures on a Sunday around 11:30 am because my dog started having random violent seizures. The woman that answered said that she would try to get ahold of a vet and call me back. Over two hours later with still no reply, I call back.

Based on the apathy and indifference in the receptionist's voice, there was no indication she would have called me back. After reminding her, I had been waiting on a callback, she tried to get off the phone quickly after telling me All Creatures only services clients within a 30 mile radius. This is information I should have been provided when I called at 11:30. I pointed out that this was unprofessional service, and I received a dead fish "I'm sorry." Sorry my ass. A call or text would have sufficed. Don't tell ppl you'll call back when their pet is convulsing and foaming at the mouth and NOT CALL. I sure hope the residents of Mtn. Home receive better care than people calling from Mtn. View or other communities.

The name of this hospital is a joke. I hope if anyone calls in the future that you get better care and faster service than I did. I also hope the woman that told me she would call me back gets training on how to provide better service to frantic dog owners calling an emergency veterinary hospital. Telling me at 11:30 that this hospital can't see my dog would not have pissed me. It would have provided an answer. Making ppl wait for over two hours when you said you would call pisses me off and is shitty service.

All Creatures saved our dog this week! We have a 4 year old sheperd who started regurgitating on Saturday. He could hold nothing down. We took him to our regular vet on Monday, who told us to force feed food slurry....still didn't work. Took him back Tuesday and the vet took x-rays and gave the dog barium, and then shrugged his shoulders, and said he didn't know, and that we should continue with what we were doing. Friday came and no change, so we called All Creatures. They squeezed us into their busy schedule, and were quickly able to find a hickory nut lodged in our dog's intestines. They were able to do surgery and removed the whole nut and part of his intestine, and we were able to pick him up this morning. Our dog would not have made it thru the weekend. Thank God for All Creatures!

The office manager Robin should not be allowed to run this business. Unless Dr Conner wants his reputation and business run into the ground further. I have recorded phone calls where she is only making excuses and blaming me for their vets mistakes. Just because this particular vet is no longer working there doesn't mean you aren't responsible for their mis-information. YOU, at "All Creatures" are still accountable! Also, making up lies to try and get out of things only fuels my fire! I was quoted a particular price to spay my rabbits and cancelled because it was so expensive. Then I find out that instead of having two female rabbits, PER THEIR VET THAT IS NO LONGER WORKING HERE ! That one is a male! I quickly got him fixed but it was too late. Two weeks later.. We have babies. Robin proceeded to tell me if I wouldn't have cancelled my appointment that this would never have happened. I'm infuriated! None of this would have happened if you had sexed my rabbits properly and cared more for the animals than you do your pocket books! Now the price has miraculously bumped from $289 (already outrageous) to $390!??! Are you Fng kidding me?! She refused to honor the pricing that the front desk girl gave me. And also refused to help with pricing on the babies that I now have to get fixed due to their error! AND... this uneducated woman tried to tell me that spaying and neutering rabbits isn't common. Which is an absolute falsehood! She's ignorant and clearly knows nothing about rabbits or their proper care! I had to explain to her why females needed spayed due to getting cancer and dying too young unless their female organs are removed. There are many house rabbit forums out there with people having no issues getting their buns fixed and at reasonable and affordable prices. I also took my horse here over a year ago for a teeth float and some gal did it wrong and I had to have it redone elsewhere! Don't EVER listen to a vet that tells you they can't float your horses teeth in one sitting that they get too hot. Host so they can have you come back and charge you again to finish.. all you do is simply wait for the teeth to cool and proceed! This was a no brainier for my vet in Harrison. Thankfully All Creatures didn't put up a fuss when I requested a refund and told them what the Harrison vet said. All Creatures have also made billing errors on my account and charged me incorrectly for things that I never received, etc. It took over two months to get that fixed.
My advice to this piss poor establishment: Instead of arguing and trying to make an excuse for EVERYTHING people are complaining to you about.. You should take ownership and do something to fix the issue(s) and keep your customers! Instead, you have pissed me off to the point of no return and NEGATIVE reviews are very impactful. SHAME ON YOU, ROBIN.. And shame on Dr Conner for keeping you on his staff..

Took my pup in with parvo (yes, he had had his shots and still got it) they kept him alive and got him healthy. It cost 200 more then I have spent anywhere else. When I went to pick him up they gave him to me in a towel said he Had just had an accident. Got him home and unwrapped him to find dried poo all over his stomach, back, legs and tail. He had to have sat in it since Friday or Saturday because they told me he hadn't had diarrhea since then then and this was from diarrhea. It took 3 baths, the last one I let him soak for a long time in order to get excrement off of him. I am appalled that they would let him lay in his own filth. They weren't very forthcoming in what they did treatment wise with him. I am thankful they got him healthy, but the kennel conditions must be horrible. If your going to have your pets in there for an extended stay, make sure you check the kennels. They wouldn't let in there due to it being parvo they said, now I am thinking they wouldn't let me in there because of the condition of the kennels. I have pics but will only post the least gross one, this one was after bath number 2, still has dried feces on his stomach that had to be soaked off. I had 6 other people in my van when I picked him up and they were all appalled at his condition.

Leftover dried feces, his whole back, legs, tummy and tail was covered like this. This was after 2 baths and had to be soaked off.

Do you not want to use these people it will teach you you can always spot a bad bad by but I'm not allowing you to see what they are doing to your dog both good vets will bring you and will do everything in that room that they possibly can and will explain everything and not charge an arm and a leg in hide your dog in the back. They took my dog in the back to get an x-ray she walked in and left on a gurney and never walked again just for an x-ray and then lied and said they did not drop her in the back

Very poor vets office they often don't let you see what they are doing often cause they are not doing whatever your paying blew up prices. And I took a dog in for pain in her middle back x-ray and 2 hours later I get a dog with a broken pelvis bone can't stand up. But they put her under so I didn't know til she woke up at home from the gas she started screaming. Due to the infection and other issues she was later put down. All cause these people lied and hurt our dog bad then lied and tried covering it up and getting us out of there. I truly hate them and will never forget it.

I can't say enough good things about All Creatures and Dr. Smith. They take excellent care of my cats and go above and beyond to keep them healthy and comfortable as they reach senior pet status.
