Popped in here for a drink before starting the night. They have valet parking which makes it easy to get around pine Avenue.
There was a sugar cane in my drink that I loved.
The ambiance is great and their snacks were a good accompaniment to the drinks. Music and vibe were chill. The bartenders take care of you and it set the mood for the evening.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 3, 2023
Came here for brunch on a Sunday, and it was an interesting vibe. There was a DJ, but not many people inside. It wasn't our first choice of a brunch spot, but it was the only one that could sit us immediately and we were extremely hungry.
I ordered the lomo saltado and was extremely disappointed because it was not lomo saltado at all. In fact, it was just meat smothered in tomato sauce with skinny fries on the side. There was no flavor. It was extremely disappointing, but I was comforted by the bottomless mimosas we were able to buy.
The service was fine, the food just wasn't giving. The more accurate rating is about a 2.8/5.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Maria Camila R.CA, CA021Apr 19, 2024

Great happy hour after work. Tried the Tropicana cocktail recommendation from the manager Jonathan. It did not disappoint. The food was so delicious. Definitely coming back for happy hour next Tuesday with co workers

My boyfriend and I went to this nightclub yesterday and we had a blast! The bar tenders impressed me with how quickly they turned around drinks for everyone and they were not stingy with the pours. The bartenders were walking around passing shots out and there was plenty of space to walk around the dance floor. The only thing that needs improvement is the amount of bathroom availability. I had to wait almost 30 mins to use the restroom. We will definitely be back!

Came here Saturday night for Flamenco dinner. Show started 8 pm and our server Claudia rushed us to close the check to be ready to leave around 9:15pm. Paid extra fees for no reason (already paid everything online). Red Sangria was ok. Food was disgusting, very cheap. We got wrong order, Claudia said that was not our plate, i told her we already tried from the plate, but she took the plate away and served the same plate to people next to us ( so disgusting). Show dinner menu online and inside restaurant is not the same, they have better options online than what they provide over there (lame). Show was ok, singer, the guitar player was good, dancers were meh, not professional at all. Restroom smelled very bad and not clean at all. This was first and last visit to this place. My fault ignoring similar comments and still giving a shot.

This place makes $$$ there's no doubt about that.
I love the ambiance the music and the staff. BUT
RESTROOMS ARE A HUGE PROBLEM HERE!
There is one stall for women and 1 for men with a urinal and toilet so there's two men in the restroom at once to kill the line a little.
There's a lady handing out paper towels and i guess controlling the line (which is total chaos)
As we're waiting she starts waving her tip jar in our faces. As men and women dry their hands with the towels she's handing them; they toss them on the floor and she kicks them to the corner of the wall. Not once does she grab a broom. I witnessed a good 40 minutes of this. Bcus the line was so long (remember: 1 stall)
So i finally go in the women's restroom and the sink is totally clogged up with water and vomit. The lady never bothered cleaning it. The entire hall way leading up the restroom had a stinging scent of piss. RIDICULOUS!
Oh and no toilet paper no seat covers !
Being in those restrooms makes you feel like your in a Quentin Tarantino movie about being in a bar in TJ. Seriously tho!
One last thing; after waiting in line for a while we ended up buying two bottles and a 12 pack of beers which costs $100 (just the 12pack)
Whatever that's not the problem; the issue was that in order to get the bottle service. We literally had to wait outside for 20 additional minutes. It was insane!
I wouldn't want to visit this place again. Little inconveniences like this can ruin your whole night.
The music and staff were great but this place makes the money to have better quality experience for its patrons!Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 11, 2022
Giving 5 stars because we had walked up and down that entire street, almost every bar we walked up to was empty but told us we couldn't go in without a reservation and also could not sit at the bar. Places were empty, it was shocking.
Went to Algeria and saw the same thinking it was empty but we'd get pushed away, COMPLETE opposite!!!! It was so great!!!! We sat at the bar, had mimosas all morning. There was a DJ, nothing loud or crazy since it still was the morning but really made the brunch vibe better. The bartender was so sweet, little older man and was making new shots and always came on over to us to try something new. It's funny how things work out because this spot was probably the best vibe and energy here. The staff was so great!!!! Come here first before any barHelpful 6Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Andrew P.Yorba Linda, CA0426Dec 10, 2023
We had a Restaurant.com certificate that they honored. Nice place, good was good. Nothing stellar, but a good drink and meal at a discount is fine by me. Can walk around Pine Street/down to Aquarium and Shoreline Village easily for bonus date fun. :)
