John D.Louisville, KY06Feb 23, 2016First to ReviewTHIS BRANCH APPEARS TO BE RUN BY CHILDREN! Multiple unreturned phone calls. Multiple emails without a response. Multiple appointments made but not kept. You will be told to forward jobs that you are interested in so that they can investigate. Do they? Who knows, but it is doubtful. In three months they generated no leads, no interviews, and certainly no job.
WHETHER YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER OR A JOB SEEKER, if you wish to deal with professionals who keep their word, you will want to look elsewhere. However, if you enjoy frustration, disorganization, and a lot of talk with no follow-through and then this is the agency for you.
