We called the company regarding a furnace that had stopped working. It is a small family business near us, which is something we like to support.

They answered the phone on the first call, immediately made an appointment to come out and were right on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and even though it was a Friday, they managed to get the required parts before the parts store closed and were out Saturday morning to complete the repair quickly. (again, right on time). The Owner and his son came out together and they were polite and kept the house clean as well.

Ours is a 14 year old furnace, so getting parts is not always easy.

Overall, we were completely satisfied with service and pricing and I feel we can recommend them as a great service company.

I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company to have on hand for my annual service and maintenance needs. I read the reviews and went with this company and I am so glad I did!! They called me immediately to set up an appointment to service my AC for what I thought would just be a routine check since I hadn't had my AC looked at in the 3 years I've lived in my home. Adrian was on time for the appointment and very thourogh with his inspection. Come to find out I did have an issue with my drain pain and they were able to replace it within a week...so glad I called when I did! I love supporting small businesses and getting the honest service I have to expect from such. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help. Also their prices are very fair and better than larger companies. Thank you Air Zone Experts for great service!!!

I hired Adrian to check up my heating / cooling system and replace air filters. He did a thorough job and found a gas leak too. He fixed the issues found (gas leak, missing structural members for drain pan and installed switch for draining).

Overall he did a excellent job.

I would strongly recommend Adrian's services to anyone in Frisco (and surrounding areas)

Don't look anywhere else!! 5 stars because the service we just received was excellent. AC Stopped working and after a long day Adrian made us a priority and came straight over. We have signed up for his yearly prevention plan and look forward to calling him our AC expert for years to come!

Called them regarding low freon, Adrian was outstanding, very friendly and helpful! He squeezed me in the very next evening after he finished all his appointments that day! Reasonably priced and waived the service call fee even tho he had to drive out two days in a row!

Adrian is awesome! I called very late on a Friday afternoon when I discovered my heat had gone out. He came over right away, diagnosed the problem and informed me what it would take to fix it. He even shopped the part around to ensure I was getting the lowest price.

When the part came in and it came time to schedule the work, I had to cancel on him twice due to unforeseen work obligations. He then came out on a Saturday to get my repair done and I could not have been happier with the work and his honest and fair approach to everything.
