Ailan Dental Care

Ever hear stories of those used car "stealerships" where the price is not consistent and they try to rip you off from every angle? Well, this is the "used car stealership" of dental offices. They tried to maximize the amount I pay, maximize the payment from my insurance company. All they want is money. The pricing is inconsistent and they use scare tactics to pressure you into doing their "recommended" work. Ive since found a much better dentist that has better communication as well as consistent and fair pricing for their work.

I've been going on and off (because of insurance) since 2012/2013 and I just recently went back this year and I couldn't believe they remembered my face!!

I recommend this office to EVERYONE! If you want to feel like you are being treated like you matter, equal, and with kindness, this is the place to come. TRUST ME! They're soooo sweet. From reception to assistants to the Dr's, they are all extremely sweet and happy and not to mention it seems like they genuinely LOVE their job and people.

Another thing I love about this office is that they are always keeping up with the dentist industry trends so they're always super high tech.

Also- they are SUPER Covid friendly. They have you sanitize your hands, Vick your temperature and sanitize your mouth before check up. And also during your check up they have a air suction machine next to you (not uncomfortable) that keeps everyone safe.

I am so glad that I'm able to come back here. Check them out, you won't regret it!

Dr. Tran has been my family's dentist for a few years. She is amazing and very considerate. Dr. Tran is great at what she does and it shows in her work. She is very careful and thorough. I love the fact that she always follows through every procedure and checks everything to make sure all is well.

Her staff are very efficient and always has everything ready. If there are any doubts or questions, they make sure they get answers and provide clarifications as soon as possible.

Every time I have gone to my appointment, they have always been on time.

I just have my teeth clean with Tu Anh again yesterday 8/26/20, and she did a great job removed the stain on my teeth, it was dirty and yellow. Ai Lan and Hang (Dr.) also help me with my teeth too, they are very gentle and professional, the place is clean and follow all safety protocol, I just don't like new new air clean machine , it is too noisy. I will recommend more friends and relatives to this Dentist. Thanks--K.

I love their service and they won't force us to fix everything like other dentists do. When I go with my kid, they will look after my kid while they are working on my teeth. They are so lovely and nice people.

Dr. Ailan doesn't need another 5-star review but I just really need to do this. She has been my one and only dentist for 4 years and I couldn't be happier. I hadn't been to a dentist until I graduated from my college bc who had that money and oh man, my teeth was a total disaster. No need to describe in details, that stuff was gross, but long story short, I had extremely severe cavity and a mountain of tartar hardened deep inside and between my teeth. I'm glad they didn't judge me. After 2 years of visits after visits, I could confidently claim my teeth are healthy and maintained.

My treatment includes root canal, crowns, filling, wisdom teeth extractions, deep cleaning, Jesus Christ is there anything I haven't done? The whole process was pleasant, comfortable, and pain free, Dr. Ailan is unbelievably gentle. She has been knowledgeable, informative, and I always feel like I receive a proper education.

Dr. Ailan and her staff are the kindest, nicest, and the most amazing professionals I've ever dealt with. Never have I felt she wasn't doing something at my best interest. It is always a pleasure to go see Dr. Ailan and her staff. I love how they make an effort to get to know me personally, remember details about me and ask about my life and my family.

Also, a huge shout out to the hygienist, chi Tuan Anh, she has been very throughout and gentle on my teeth cleaning. And to co Trang and co Quynh, the general office staff, for being super helpful.

Highly recommend to anyone in the area! One word of advice: would be better if you have dental insurance.

Fantastic dental care and trustworthy. Always provides a yearly dental care plan, so I know they are caring for my long term dental hygiene and not just their current financial needs.

This place is so rude!!!!!!!! My special needs daughter needed to use the restroom and they didn't let her go in. I explained to the receptionist that it is not for me that it is for my daughter and that she has special needs l. They did not care and told me to get out! Rude people!!!!

If only I can give her -5 stars. Dr. Ailan did a root canal for my sister that made my sister bled so much that we had to take her to ER. Then the Dr. in the ER have to fix my sister's root canal and said Dr. Ailan did something like cut too much or toi deep that caused the bleeding. We came back to complained and have her fixed it, they had an argument, Dr. Ailan denied it was her fault, then my sister didnt want to get messed up by the Dr. Ailan again, so we just stopped going there. Later we find out Dr. Ailan still charged my sister's insurance for the work that she never got it done. This is based on my sister's experiment here a while back. Hope this will help you avoid the same problem we went through.
