5 stars. Relatively quick service and everyone is very communicative, they don't just let you sit around wondering what to do or what's happening.

Apr 19, 2024Previous reviewThe worst medical group I have ever encountered. Patient care comes 2nd to overcharging patients. I went there to get a prescription that my doctor recommended. They would not give it to me unless I scheduled another appt., so they could get another co-pay.
And this was a non narcotic blood pressure medicine! Unacceptable. Will not be going back. They lost a patient who has been with them 20 years. My friends go to UCLA Health in Simi and are very happy. Would give Adventist 0 stars if I could. - Feb 3, 2023
This review is very limited because I wasn't a patient here. this review is only on my first impression of the campus and the lobby.
First of all, there are many buildings on the campus where this hospital is located. If it wasn't for the signs, I would get lost. The campus is nice looking and the area looks safe.
There was an area for parking close to the lobby which had free parking for certain areas of the hospital which I thought was a nice touch.
The circular driveway in front of the lobby also had a few free spots to park at in case you were picking up a patient or dropping someone off.
Very nice lobby. Much nicer than the one I work at. The desk was manned by someone who had great customer service which is always appreciated.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1Business owner information

Came here after a dog bite on my face. I came into the emergency with my face bleeding and in severe pain- also pregnant. Still sat there for 40 min before anyone took vitals
I was not offered any ice or gauze. I should have known after waiting so long for vitals it was not going to be a good experience. I left and went to Kaiser Woodland Hills.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Business owner information

My Dad was admitted here for a broken hip last Thursday and released to a rehab center yesterday. His nurses Rachael and Lupe took very good care of him. The front desk staff was also very nice, as well as all other employees. He had his own room and it was clean and comfortable. Sadly he still can't walk so he was transferred to a facility. Matt the case manager here kept me informed of next steps and was great! All in all I am happy how they took care of my Dad.

Going to the emergency room turned out to be one of the worst decisions we made. My mother doesn't have insurance, and when we took her to this facility, the experience was extremely unpleasant. From the security personnel to the registered nurses to the doctor on call, everyone displayed rudeness and a lack of concern for our pain and emotions. Even when we tried to maintain politeness and clarify our situation, it didn't seem to matter to them.
Given our lack of insurance, I was cautious about the procedures, but Dr. Andrian got into a heated argument with me. Additionally, some of the registered nurses behaved inappropriately as we were leaving, giggling and appearing to mock us. It was a nightmare scenario that left my mother deeply disappointed and added to our mental stress.
I would strongly discourage anyone from selecting this hospital for care. It's no surprise they have "NO Violence" signs everywhere, considering how much they push patients' buttons. The ER was 80% vacant, it's apparent that not many people choose to come to this facility anyway.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Stay away from this place for ANY health care issues! The nurse Kathleen in the ER should be FIRED! Terrible with patients, speaks very broken English. Very aggressive with all the patients I saw her interact with including my mom! She was yelling at a poor guy who had been laying on a bed in the hallway for over 24 hours. My heart broke for him and I don't think any family was there. Place is filthy, patients complaining. Heard one patient say iron was in the sink. All the poor guy wanted to do was wash his hands in a sanitary sink! To each their own but I would never let my family be treated like that ever again!

This is the first time that I have been to this hospital for a procedure. Nancy at check-in was very nice and got me pointed in the right direction. I went in for a CT scan. My care nurse was Pam and she did an amazing job. Her partner Johnny was also very personable and helpful. The whole procedure was five star.

One of the worst ER healthcare experiences available. The check in guy was rude. The person that takes your information was very rude. The nurses were incredibly rude and minimizing. They obviously didn't care at all. My wife was suffering greatly and they could not have cared less. We got a room that didn't have a bed just a chair but my wife couldn't even sit up. Then we waited an hour while some nurses were taking pictures of themselves in the waiting room. The doctor was kind of nice, as one good point. But I can't believe how poor of an experience this was. We will never ever ever be back to this location and I will advise all of my friends against coming to this awful ER.

If I could give this hospital a 0 I would. I already had issues back in 2017 when they overdosed and killed my brother. I thought it's been long enough and I can give them another chance. My 3 year old daughter was throwing up consistently for over 24 hours. I called her pediatrician and they told me to take her to the ER to get her fluids because she at this point would be very dehydrated. They looked at her and said yeah she looks dehydrated let's give her fluids. Came back and gave her an apple juice and said we were discharged. They did not listen to the pediatrician and I could've given her apple juice at home. I'm so done this was my final straw with this hospital a waste of time and they just want money and they do not help one bit.
