Arthur Leritz worked long and hard on my behalf to settle a claim related to my injury following a car accident. I called his office initially simply to gain advice on how to respond to questions from outside parties about what happened and whether or not I was injured.
He took time to understand the situation, provided advice and regularly checked with me in the ensuing months in spite of the fact that we did not expect this would result in a legal case. I was so impressed that he would give me his time and attention under these circumstances.

My family and I were in a car accident and so were thrown into the frightening world of chronic pain, endless treatments and worry about the future. After a year or so of seeking care for my neck and shoulder injury sustained during a car accident, my insurance set me up for an IME. Let's just say this was nothing short of a staged play where the outcome to my case would be the same no matter what doctor I saw. I was appalled at the "care" I received. The IME concluded I could not continue medical treatment even though the doctor never once assessed my body or continued with a medical examination. After the IME, I hired Melissa Carter as my attorney at Adler Giersch.

Very unperfesional. After contacting them they set up a appointment for a intake interview. Did not notify me that this was to be done over the phone.

I arrived at their office to find the door locked. had to wait after ringing doorbell to be answered and told that they knew nothing of the interview.

I was placing a conference room and then had someone call my cell phone. They didn't even set it up with their own phone system.
