He is very caring and did amazing job. I trust him with my dental health. Elizabeth his assistant was also very kind and helpful, both of them made me comfortable and calm.

They are so compassionate and understanding here. I am always pleased with how they treat me. As someone who was afraid of the dentist due to bad past experiences, I was able to get over that fear here. They make everything as painless as possible and work with peoples insurances and budgets.

Dr. Yar and his assistants are the most sympathetic and caring people you will ever encounter, while still maintaining a great deal of professionalism.
I have been to dozens of dentists in my lifetime and they never know what to do with me. Dr. Yar is the first I've found that is genuinely concerned with my well-being goes to great extents to make sure I'm healthy. Through intense surgery, Dr. Yar is in complete control and is completely knowledgeable in his craft. Big surgeries can be nerve wracking but he is friendly and assuring. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
The office assistants are the sweetest of hearts! They work with you and always have a great attitude.

Hands down most supportive and flexible dental group! As soon as I needed to get my teeth done, they were very flexible with my schedule with no wait times as soon as your appointment starts ! Dr. Yar and Elizabeth worked on my teeth for roughly 3 hours with no pain.

I can say for the first time in my life I had no problems afterwards.
I went back to work the following day and enjoyed my weekend eating steak and cold drinks without any problems or cold tingling bothering me.
I give the highest recommendation to the doctor and staff for always doing a good and painless job on my teeth.
I honestly look forward to going to my dentist.
At times I would dread going to the dentist and now I don't with Ace Dental.. Plus they accept all different types of insurance which makes my life easier!
The office ladies are always friendly to help and accommodate my crazy schedule. I like the fact they text reminders. Love them all!

First off I am sorry that you did not have a good experience on your visit in my office. However, several statements you made in your review are blatantly false.
recommending braces was to address your crowding questions.
cavities and deep cleaning are fully covered by your insurance, you just need authorization for deep cleaning. so we could not asked you for " THOUSAND OF DOLLARS ".
we never mentioned that your Husband needs DENTURES.
DENTURES are false teeth for those who are missing all their teeth,which is not the case here.
and I am sorry that my assistants were not able to get your mask for you. we are very much short staffed.Oct 4, 2021Previous reviewMy husband and I went to this office back in June because our old dentist's office closed down and we couldn't get a vaccine. We went here because of the great reviews online, but we didn't have a good experience. The staff is mostly friendly and welcoming, however, we felt as though the dentist was trying to overcharge us. He kept asking me why I don't want braces even though I repeatedly said I just don't want them. He told me and my husband that he wants to pull a tooth and add in dentures when our last dentist just said he needed a cap for the tooth. Both he and the assistant said we had all these cavities and needed a deep cleaning. All of which is gonna cost thousands of dollars.
They told us they needed to ask our insurance whether the deep cleaning was covered or not and we would have to wait between 6-8 weeks to be told yes or no. Then when the letter finally came months later, it said the dentist didn't provide enough information for them to make a decision one way or the other. So not only did I feel like I was being sold to, they wasted our time.
And the unpleasant cherry on top is when one of the assistants told me I left my mask in one of the rooms. I thought she was gonna get it for me because she was closer to the room it was in. But instead, she made me walk all the way to the back of the offices just to get a single mask. It really put me off on top of everything else. We're not going back.

I just came for a consultation & decided to stay because their prices were reasonable for me as a college student. They always have different payment options. I have been coming here since and I can say that with many visits, I have never been disappointed. Elizabeth is very welcoming and sweet, any question that I have she will answer. Overall the staff is nice, they greet everyone and the place is always kept clean. They always send me reminders about my upcoming appointments which is very helpful. I'm glad I found them, they were within my budget, professional and maintain a clean environment.

Celeste J.Riverside, CA010Aug 7, 2019This dental office COMMITTED FRAUD by sending requests for approval of procedures WITHOUT my authorization!
After visiting this office only one time, (the appointment ended with me walking out disgusted by the unsanitary conditions and Doctor Zah's horrible bedside manner), I was very surprised to later receive phone calls from them telling me I had been approved for 2 different procedures.
I never asked them to do this and believed it was very clear that I had no intention of returning after that one time visit.
However,It gets worse.
My current dentist has sent in requests for procedures I am in dire need of but it's now clear why it's been over a month with no response-ACE dental blocked those approvals with their unauthorized actions!
Because of them I now will have to start the wait all over while my current dentist resubmits it's requests.
This dental office is running insurance SCAMS -stay away from it.

Cindy Z.Monterey Park, CA180333Dec 10, 2019I love this place!! It's convenient for us UCR students and I've been coming here since 2017. I've never had a problem here. The staff are super friendly, they pay a lot of attention to what you need and try to help you every way they can.
I had several cavities and an implant done and it's still doing amazing. Dr.Yar is attentive and friendly.

Andrea H.Alhambra, CA504341Mar 27, 2019Very poor quality of work. Came in to get cleaning, cavity filled and a replacement retainer. Staff were very unprofessional and rough on my teeth.
The doctor said I had 3-4 cavities that needed to be filled, HOWEVER I went to another dentist and he said there was NOTHING wrong with my teeth. What?? Is this even ethically okay to do? Ridiculous.
