Brenda was PHENOMENAL. We were first time home buyers and she put us at ease answering every single question. She was SO quick to get back to us and we wildly appreciated her flexible hours. She managed to get a VA loan closed for us in 2 weeks! She is on top of her game and knows her stuff. She will go to bat for you with the other people involved to get your stuff back quickly (she got something back from the VA in 24 hours!!!) and will get you the best rates she possibly can. 100/10 would absolutely recommend her to everyone! She was fabulous.

Was a very easy company to go through they were flexible as we searched for our home. We started with 203k rehab loan and when we found the right house we ended up doing a VA loan. Brenda was very knowledgeable and we were able to close 6 days early. Would highly recommend to anyone in the northwest.

I left a great review after I bought my house. However, before I made my first payment they sold my loan to a company who has horrible reviews. Sounds like the customer service for this new loan company is awful. Just hope I have no reason to contact them.
