I have been AAA member for a number of years now and i have never been disappointed with their service at all. Came to their office to request a Triptip and the lady that i helped me sorry i forgot her name . She did a great job and gave me a great map, tour books and everything i asked for. What a great place and service they provide.

Easy to find, right off of hwy 167 in Renton. Close to the hospital and Ikea if you need points of reference to find it. Easily accessible parking lot as well.

Very large store, lots of products. I've never been into a AAA branch before. It kinda reminded me of the little shops at the airport that sell a lot of the little things you might forget (not like beauty products and stuff, actual travel supply). We came in to grab a couple travel books for Arizona. Apparently if you're traveling and bring in your AAA card, they will give you a free map and like tourist guides for where you are going!

They also sell a lot of travel companion items, like neck pillows, suitcases, books for kids, luggage tags, etc... They also have a stand of brochures by the front door for a bunch of tourism in Washington.

The staff was very friendly, even gave us some pointers for our trip, and let us know how to find the AAA locations where we were going in case we needed anything.

Will certainly stop back by before my next trip to take advantage of the travel guides!

I went to the AAA store to purchase a map and outlet converter for an upcoming trip. The woman at the service counter was prompt in assisting me, answering questions, and efficient in the transaction. I have been a AAA member for over a decade now and will continue to rely on them for roadside assistance and travel planning needs.

Karen with AAA went above and beyond. Her services were so helpful and took a tremendous amount of stress away as I planned my trip from Anchorage to Seattle.

My wife and I have used AAA as a broker since we moved up here 19...Years ago . We had noticed are insurance going up over the past five years. But just assumed they were competitive with all the others. When my wife passed away I called to remove her off the insurance. They raised my rates by $800 a year for one less driver , it's just my daughter and me on the insurance now with 3 cars . I was extremely upset . The said they would have my agent contact me. Took a week , took a few more days to get some competitive quota back but most were higher. I then went to COSTCO to check there insurance and it was $1600 cheaper

I love to travel and have planned many, many trips on my own as when I have tried other travel agencies they were not able (or willing?) to provide what I was looking for at a competitive price compared to what I could do for myself. About 2 years ago while "just checking" I ran into Peta with AAA, she was a wonder! She was able to book my car reservations and a price that I could not beat.

It's no wonder that Peta has now moved up to being the store manager and as such does not do individual reservations but she introduced me to Vernetta who I must say is also great to work with. She helped us put together an extensive Norway/Island trip earlier this year. Now she is helping with our next trip to which is a cruise, stops in Spain, and Dubai. She is pleasant, efficient, and reliable. I have not had any issues with any of the reservations she has booked. She is always willing to get answers for all my questions as well.

I still do much of my own planning and research just because I enjoy putting trips together but I will continue to tap into Vernetta as an excellent resource as well.

As the previous review noted, the store is easy to find, parking is easy and they have many travel products on hand. Sometimes I like to stop by the store just to see what they have available but I also communicate via telephone and email.

I received great service. They helped us plan our route and make arrangements at hotels

I stopped by to request a trip tik to Albuquerque, several places in Arizona, California, and Oregon. It was a rather complicated route and I was told it would take a few days to complete my request, however I received a phone call in 2 days letting me know it was ready for pickup. It looked great and included all the maps and tour books. Great service from a great company. Thanks!
