A Plus Wrecker Service

Don't know what happened! But it's was for sure something fishy. Racism? Opportunity to make more money? I don't know! But I call this company 24 hours prior to needing a tow to confirm my appointment. Agree on a price of $125 flat rate for a flat bed tow on 16 miles from my house to the cadillac dealership. The woman that answered the phone told me that they world be able to pick up my car after 10:00 am the next day. I agreed and set up the appointment. So 12 noon the next day no tow truck yet. I call the company and get the same woman that picked up the phone the previous day. I inquired to the status of when the tow truck was going to arrive, she told me it would be there in an hour and a half. 3:00 pm still no tow truck! I call back to inquire once again about the status of the tow truck and once again I'm told 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. The dealership I'm taking my car to doesn't close until 7:00 pm and that's cutting it close but I've waiting this long they have to on their way? WRONG! 5:30 rolls around and I call once more to see if the tow truck I arranged more than 24 hours from the time of the phone call I'm making. No answer! I call the company 13 times within a 30-45 minute period with no one picking up the phone. So finally I decide to call once again from a different pinger number and there we have it! The women that I've been corresponding with the past 24 hours picks up the phone just as joyful as can be until I inquire about the status of my tow and she realizes it me the guy who's phone call she been avoiding the past hour calling from a different phone number where her voice properly slums to a somber tone where she informs me, " the office is closed because THEY had and emergency in the family"
I stay in a all black neighborhood which is one of the reason I feel I might have received this treatment. Or second A Plus also has a contract with the local dallas police department and will make more than the amount I was going to pay for my tow from the budget of the dallas police department and it's residents.
Neither one of these my have been the reason that that didn't want to tow my car, but I know for a fact that they were still in operation after they told me they were not taking anymore call and that the woman on the phone purposely avoided my phone call until I called from a different phone number. But I would not recommend A Plus Wrecking Service to anyone. And I will be reporting them to the BBB first thing in the morning since it's after 5:00 and that's when the offices close. And giving them bad review on every site possible. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE "A PLUS 24 HOURS WRECKER" and if you have had a bad experience with they please speak up and report them to the BBB as well.
