After experiencing what I thought was a chipped or cracked tooth, I went to Aria Dental on the strong recommendation of friends

The diagnosis was thorough and to my relief, it wasn't a tooth after all. This guy here was overdue for a deep cleaning by a few decades!

Today, I had my appointment and I was slightly hesitant and simultaneously relieved to finally be getting this done.

Connie was my technician. I'm sure there is a more appropriate term. Nevertheless, Connie handled the procedure better than I could have imagined! Even the sedation was painless...how did she do that?

Connie was very expert during the entire 2+ hours and even made me laugh more than a couple times.

The bottom line is that I can't say enough good things about the operation that Maryam runs and I will not be doing much more regular maintenance. I'm hoping they give me Connie every time. She was fantastic!

Thank you Aria for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend this fine establishment!!

My primary interest was to eliminate the impact poor oral health plays on cognitive preservation as I age, and I needed to learn more. Like sitting with a favorite professor, Dr. Horiyat and I discussed oral health bio-physiology, the oral health role in cognitive decline in literature and papers I had read, and added more on dental mechanics and its impact on general health. We charted out a plan.

Over the following months, Dr. Horiyat's exceptional technical and diagnostic expertise led me through a process soon to be finished. I will miss our more frequent visits, while enjoying an improved bite, smile and sustainable oral health. Absolutely the best dentist in the entire world is Dr. Maryam. She always takes care of me when I come in and has transformed my smile into a masterpiece. I hope whoever takes the time to read this review will feel my gratitude and appreciation of Aria Dental. From the very first visit I was throughly impressed by the vibe, the energy, the atmosphere and the quality. Steve was my first impression of this establishment and he was very enthusiastic and engaged. He pays attention to detail and makes the experience very pleasant. Now let me talk about the back of the house, they all exceeded my expectations! From Hassiba, Shima, Connie, Edgar and the Doctor Maryam herself. They are top tier not only in performance, but in the knowledge of a holistic approach in the Dental world! I suffer from auto immune and I could not be more elated that I found this establishment. They treat me and my entire family like their own family. They explain everything in detail and help you navigate through your dental journey. I would highly recommend Aria Dental and they also accept CareCredit. I went to Aria Dental because I was suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Dr. Horiyat told me that for some patients, removing an infected crown could solve my problem. I just had the crown removed yesterday and I'm waiting to see if the infected crown was the root of of my Chronic Fatigue. Everyone at Aria Dental was very professional and caring. Dr. Horiyat is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with current dental issues. I would highly recommend them!

Put down $300 deposit for a dental service but decided to cancel. It has been more than 10 days and I still have not received my refund.

I was with Aria Dental since 2020 as a 20 year old and now I am still with Aria Dental 2023 as a 23 year old STILL being able to pay for my own dental bills without needing to depend on my parents' financial support, working as a full time student AND full time worker AND paying for my own apartment. As someone who has been with them for 3 years, I can say that this has been a really good dental place out of all the dental places I've gone to because they uphold the values I was looking for (integrity, kindness, patience), no judgement towards my teeth, and the financial plans.

Ever since I started being with Aria Dental, they have eased my dental anxiety. Before I started my Invisalign journey, I was having a hard time financially that I believe that I wasn't able to afford Invisalign myself. Luckily, Dr. Maryam Horiyat was able to understand my financial situation and make financial plans that would work out for me when I was 21. Lastly, with my infected root canal extraction and my wisdom tooth removal, the process was AMAZING that it would make me feel so calm. I had to get the Triazolam 0.25mg and they would have to crush it with the tasty numbing thing that I would have to leave on my mouth. Before the wisdom tooth removal, to help ease my anxiety, they gave me a blanket, headphones to listen to music, sunglasses, and laughter haha but also taking my blood pressure and O2 saturation. I love how thorough they are to make sure I am okay mentally, physically, and emotionally. The removal was so quick that I was not hurting too much at all and not bleeding a lot. They also gave me an ice pack to help ease the swelling and the recovery for my wisdom tooth removal was also so quick like no swelling was visible because the ingredients they used for my removal and their process was healthy and organic.

Another thing that I have noticed was that now that I am with Aria Dental, I never get canker sores anymore. I have Gingivitis & because of their dental cleanings and dental treatments such as Ozone and Laser treatment, my teeth and gum health have been doing great with the help of dental hygienists. The 2 dental hygienists that have lessened my fear of dental cleaning and appointments were Leo and Vera. Leo was my very first dental hygienist that has cleaned my teeth from 2020-2021 as well as Dr. Maryam Horiyat. With whom I prefer ALWAYS getting my teeth cleaned, my favorite dental hygienist would be Vera K :). I loved being able to have her when she first started working in Aria Dental. Ever since I started having her and continuously had her (for 1.5-2 years), my dental anxiety has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. I love how kind, caring, patient, understanding, and sweet she was especially whenever I ask for the numbing gel because my teeth get sensitive. I love that she still congratulates me in the progress I make dental wise. She also lets me know that if I am hurting to raise my hand and always makes sure if I am feeling okay and feeling comfortable. I love how all of the staffs in Aria Dental show a lot of kindness, integrity, and professionalism.

The technology is that they use for x-rays and scanning my teeth in 3-D is it's top-notch because of how efficient it is. Especially how their dental environment is so clean that even the bathroom is clean. Financial wise, I will say that as a student, it can be pricey due to how their treatments are holistic. But most of my treatments were successfully paid for due to how I would have payment plans, and how they would make arrangements in how I would be able to get the treatment.

From my review, it is all based on my opinion and my long experience with them for 3 years as a person on a budget and how my insurance would also cover for the treatments there. However, if you are on a very tight huge budget, if your dental insurance company does not cover for most expenses, and you do not really care about what ingredients and what processes are used to take care of your teeth or whether it is holistic or not, I'd recommend finding another dental place. People's situations and preferences in life are always going to be different. However I can say that as someone who is super picky and very careful towards what goes on my teeth, someone picky with my finances, and someone picky towards wanting to feel comfortable for my dental experience because of my dental phobia, I would always choose Aria Dental since they have also kept teaching me how to take care of my teeth better, eased my dental anxiety, understood my financial situation, and etc.

I have been to Dr. Horiyat a few times since meeting her last year. She removed my amalgams last year, she did an amazing job, SAFELY. She's got such a good heart. She's kind and extremely personable! I have enjoyed my visit each time going to her office. Everyone in her office is so kind. Her practice is very nice and very clean. Dr. Horiyat is not only knowledgeable and great at what she does, she's very kind and caring, as well. Knowing that she KNOWS and understands the connection of the teeth and, the impact they have on the overall health of the body, being a holistic dentist, gives me so much peace of mind. I always feel 100% comfortable and confident when I go into Aria dental. I love that she listens to me about my health concerns and issues. She's genuinely committed to helping me make the best decisions for my health. She's also very honest, she helps me to decide and know what should be done first, when I'm expressing to her my health concerns. She's not pushy at all. She also takes the time to explain the connection of each tooth to the different parts of the body, energy points/meridian, and overall health. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I'm so grateful to have found her! Thank you, Dr. Horiyat! You're the best!!

I have never trusted a dentist as i trust Dr. Horiat. She is a superbly intelligent person who has established a fabulous office in terms of completeness of sceening and assessment. I could not ever go back to another dentist after experiencing her services. To top it all, this is a completely organic office. You can't do better than ARIA Dental!

This is an amazing dentist office. I love how it is Holistic and so clean. The staff is very kind and informative and very gentle. I love how they always send reminders via text and through email. My seven and 10-year-old always ask when they get to go back to the dentist because they always love going and have a great experience.
