I visited the shop on Saturday; first she file my nails down too short and when I spoke to her about it; she made excuses. I hated the look but my nails were filed and cut down. She did a horrible job at polishing them!
By Sunday morning, the polish was rolling off the nails. This was the most horrible experience. If I can give any advice; do not waste your money.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kim C.Prattville, AL041Jul 6, 2023
Fourth time taking my mother to this salon. First three times went well. However, my experience today was awful. Unfortunately the girl that had serviced us the first three time was busy so we agreed to a different employee. She was rude to say the least. She was on her phone trying to get her car payments lowered for a good portion of our appointment. She didn't take her time and was very rushed, causing my mother to say "ouch" twice. She even started on her next customer's toes before finishing with my mother and kept the same ripped glove on for both. I will definitely find another place to take my mom.

I get pedicures regularly due to ingrown toenails. This is by far my preferred place in Prattville. Sisters Tia and Tiffany have always been great and speak fluent English.

The ones I've used are all sisters and very friendly. I've always had friendly and good service. They've been in the states since they were very young and are very fluent in English.
At times they will be on their phone and talking in their native language but it's never bothered me. - Cheryl P.Houston, TX201143Aug 20, 2021
Beautiful, newly renovated establishment but the service is horrible. They constantly stop working on you to work on other people. Their work is mediocre and not worth the disrespectful. Experienced this problem before but needed my nails done quickly and they are conveniently located.

This is, by far, the worst pedi I have ever received in my life. The place was busy so I understand the reason I waited 2 1/2 hours. I have never received a pedi where no massage was given. I received a nail cut and smudged paint job. Every rough spot on my feet is still there. I walked out with nothing more than sore toes. Very unhappy customer.

So 9 months later I'm doing an updated review from 3 stars to 4 stars & this is why: I have tried out other nail shops in the prattville & the Montgomery area & this one is one of the better ones I've been to. Wait times are short (even for walk ins) & the services done are quick but done well. I usually get a full set acrylic mani & pedi. There's a different girl doing eyebrows now & she's sweet & does waxing well. I recommend this place for sure.
I just wouldn't recommend getting eyelash extensions here. I wasn't really impressed. But definitely anything related to nails, definitely worth the try.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 17, 2015Previous reviewGot a French pedi done here during the summer. It was a decent job, but it's honestly hard to find a good place to do French pedis in Prattville for me personally. The scrub they used smelled super nice and I enjoyed the hot towels. Hopefully when I start getting pedis again in the spring, I'll try and see if they do better with solid color polish. (2.5 stars for pedi)
I don't know the name of the lady that does eyebrows, but I got my eyebrows done here 3 times now & she's legit. She did a great job and was very detailed with her work (plucking and trimming after the wax). She did make my eyebrows a tad bit thin this last time but I know that's how Asian people like eyebrows to look so I'd just have to tell her next time. She also slightly arched them more this past time which looked nice. (3.75 stars for eyebrows lol)
And sorry I honestly don't remember how much I paid for either service but they charge about average or a little lower than average of what other places in Prattville charge.
To conclude, it's worthy to check them out. I've went in on a weekend and weekday & they're always busy. Not too long of a wait time because they had a lot of staff the times I've went but there's always people waiting which means they must be doing something right. - Shianne W.Millbrook, AL1262Apr 7, 2019
The girl who painted my toes was lovely but remember all I had done was a paint no pedi. Then I got a manicure the women that did mine was absolutely horrible the whole time she was talking on her phone and she even got so distracted that she made my cuticle bleed in my thumb because she ran over it with her machine . She also had pink nail polish on her nails from doing a previous client which got on 2 of my nails which were all white French tip ! And half of the were crooked . And she didn't completely cover my nails with the acrylic. The best part they charged me 70 dollars for a painted toes no pedi and acrylic nails somethings not right there . I'd go for the to do my toes because my toes are lovely but as far as " professional " nails that's a load of bull cause there aweful !

I used to love getting my nails done here, but within the last year the quality of their has declined dramatically. The last time I had a new set put on I questioned how far down the nail technician applied the new nail tip. I always have French tips , but have never had the new nail tips put so far down before. About a week later I noticed what appeared to be little air bubbles in the gel. Within two weeks the first nail popped off. The second one came off a day later. It took no effort to pop off the other eight.
