Jack in the Box

Slow. But ok on the food quality. Only issue I have is they don't have/know what picante sauce is. Any other Jack-in-the-Box in the state of Texas knows what the picante sauce is especially if the place sells breakfast burritos which they do and they do all day long. I've asked several times and they only give me taco sauce and that's not the same thing as picante sauce. I'm sorry but it's not.

Affordable late night food all day. Great for convenience and friendly service. Cool ordering kiosk for beverages. Typical fast food ambience with safe, friendly lighting. Jack in the Crack, Southwest Chicken Salad, breakfast sandwich. Although this is mot a sustainable diet, it can be great for food on the go or just relaxing.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 tacos and never have I ever been disappointed from jack in the box about my food but today I received the worst thing I could imagen, a mold bread sandwich

Went through the drive-through at lunchtime. The person who helped me at the window had her mask under her mouth, covering nothing. I looked past her and saw that the person working the counter had her mask under her chin, covering nothing. My question is this: if a restaurant manager allows their staff to flout the health measures that are meant to protect us from a pandemic, why would I trust that they're handling my food in a safe way?
Needless to say, I won't be back.

I ordered food through the drive through. Got home.. two items I ordered and paid for were missing. Decided to drive back and tell them what was missing and they literally threw the food in our car and didn't listen to the fact that we had to drive back to get our full order. She started taking the order of someone behind us at the window and pretty much slammed the door in our face. Back home again and they only gave us one taco when we ordered two. We tried calling them and the phones are disconnected. Worst experience I've ever had. I love Jack in The Box, so I am very disappointed.

Why even be open if you don't have the product to sell. If you can't get product close up shop. Disappointing

First time..... and it will be my last.... ordered two #7's the ultimate bacon.... and guess what.... both burgers had only 1 strip of bacon cut into 3 small pieces.... REALLY???? I paid $23.57 on my meal for this crap..... I didn't want to give any star ratings but I need to put one in order for me to put my review..... I never give bad reviews but this place just made me upset.... WTH.... maybe this is the reason why I never eat at Jack in the crack bc of their shity service.... this place sucks... if any of you all are near this place..... NEVER EVER COME IN HERE N EAT......

There's a lady who always looks half asleep and has hickeys at the drive through In the mornings. She always gives the orders wrong. I asked for a large caramel iced coffee and she gave me a regular which is okay, but when my mother nicely told her it was supposed to be a large she screamed at her and of course I said something back. It is not okay for her to be rude to her costumers just because she didnt get enough sleep. Also they never have the iced coffees done in the morning.

If you have coupons they treat you like shit. Horrible customer service. Food is as is at any location.

This Jack in the Box has some good longterm employees that I've seen. One lady is particularly nice to customers. I've never gotten sick eating here and the food taste is fine (for fast food).

One star was deducted for the neighborhood--a stranger once sat next to me and asked for money. He also wouldn't leave me alone until I gave him something. If you come here, maybe you should sit closer to the counter. That was probably an isolated incident, though--usually when I come in there are lots of young mothers with little kids or groups of teenagers. I probably wouldn't eat here after dark.

This Jack in the Box is conveniently located at an intersection with the Highland Mall Metro Station along Airport Blvd.
