Great service from Clutch Towing! Despite my parking mistake, they efficiently and professionally handled the situation. I got towed for blocking a drive way and they gave my car back without any trouble.

Everyone in this company suffers from severe Napoleon complexes that I'm guessing were created from difficulties in school environments. They must have got picked on a lot. Unfortunately, not everyone can brush off the taunting and the snickering.

We should make sure to be nice to our children or else they will end up like this group. Greedy, insecure, with no attention span, and getting pleasure at the misfortune of others. They bask in the idea of being outlaws and it shows in their legal complaints filed.

These bastards towed my car that wasn't illegally parked. It was parked outside of my apartment, my neighbors called because they're assholes and didn't want anyone parked in front of their house. Call the towing company and these assholes could barely answer any of my questions. My car better be in the same shape it was when I pick it up. I have cameras outside of my building so there better not be a scratch on it. My lawyer's gonna have a field day with these motherfuckers anyway. -10 stars.

Unprofessional these people are thieves they charged me $200 for towing my vehicle to their lot then when I try to pay with my bank card he tells me his machine is not working I have to use cash only then I paid with cash he will not give me a receipt do not trust these people with your vehicle some stuff was stolen out of my trunk within the space of 2 hours of them taking my vehicle and towing it to their lot whomever the owner for this establishment is you will reap what you sow.

Picture it. July 2023. It's blazing hot outside and my car is in the Staples parking lot with a giant nail in the tire. I contact AAA and receive text updates letting me know that help will be there as soon as possible.

The young man from Clutch Towing was absolutely stellar. Abdul was professional, polite, and kind. Due to circumstances, he was unable to change my tire (to no fault of his or anyone else) and took me to a tire shop literally less than a block away. The cab of his tow truck was immaculate.

I explained to him how I was hesitant to go to a "tire place" as I had gone to a different one in the neighborhood a few months ago where the sign said it was $20 to plug a tire. I thought it was a lot but had the job done . . . And then I was charged $35 for it. Abdul told me he would make sure I would be not taken advantage of again and let me know it was $10 to fix my flat. After all of this Abdul graciously refused to accept a well-earned tip.

SCAM! refuse to give receipt for transactions they are in cahoots with NYPD! they illegally tow cars. make you pay cash and refuse to give receipts

This company is in the business of towing and scamming! They pick your car up and demand 250 just to drop it when it's not illegally parked! The drivers and the dispatcher are all in on the gig and take delight in inciting fear and panic in unsuspecting drivers! There is a special place in hell for everyone in this company!

Shitty Service & not because they towed my car or anything illegal but the peoples here attitude are nasty . The way that they speak to there customers in addition to hanging up the phone in customers faces ? their idc attitude will only get them but so far . if you have triple a in brooklyn new york you better not call here to get an update on your driver i waited 2 1/2 hours for a 10 block tow that i shouldve just pushed the car for i probably wouldve gotten there before the driver . driver was dispatched at 6:53 didnt arrive until 10:30 at night and had the audacity to be rude . Disgusting place disgusting people . did i mention ? racist . dont come here if your black theyll turn you away like its the 50s

Picture this... its snowing heavy with heavy winds I made a call to "Clutch Towing" where I spoke with Joe to his knowledge he was the most helpful human to deal with when attempting to figure out where the best place to bring my car to while I was stuck in the heavy snow and winds, Kindly he directed to a nearby location in the canarsie area where my car was later serviced that day to the best of the ability I was out and driving back to my local area in The Hamptons in long island, MUST APPRICATED TO ALL THE PEOPLE AT CLUTCH TOWING

I had a terrible experience with this company! I'm a Premier Member of AAA and had a desperate need for a tow when my SUV broke down. Being a paid Premier Member, I'm entitled to four free car tows a year. AAA sent this dreadful company to assist me, and things went south the moment I told Clutch which auto garage to take my vehicle to.

Clutch suggested a closer garage, but I insisted on the one that had previously repaired my vehicle and provided a warranty for the work. They agreed to tow it to that garage, which was only five miles away, but then they asked me to pay or "take care of them." Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me at the time. As a result, they refused to tow my vehicle altogether and left me stranded on the road. It was one of the most heartless practices I've ever encountered.

Folks, please steer clear of this company. They'll attempt to extort money from you, and if you refuse - even if you have a membership that includes free towing - they'll refuse to assist you. They left me stranded on the road, and I'm determined to let the world know how terrible this company is and how cruel they are to their customers.
