I have used Janice as my home/auto/life/personal articles insurance rep for many years. Her rates are excellent! State Farm is a very high quality insurance company compared to others I've had in the past and customer service is very attentive and thorough. Highly recommend!

Ms. Nazar says the letter was mailed. Nope. It was generated by their office & than discarded. This also confirms she knew about this bs cancelation (after 20+ years) & did not bother not to call, email or even answer the phone AFTER I received this stressful news. She is a terrible agent. Hire her at your own risk! That's probably why she keeps a very low profile on social media.

First of all, I am an advocate for State Farm in general. I've been fortunate enough to have them stand by me to pick up the pieces after an accident. One of the best things about being insured by State Farm is having an actual agent like Janice and her staff. We have really gotten to know each other throughout the years. This, coupled with the fact that they are readily available to answer questions, make suggestions, or assist during the most unfortunate of times, are proof that Janice, Kim, Debra, and Bryanna are the best at what they do all while representing a top company in the industry. Part of my family for 13 years! This is my longest-running relationship of any kind outside of my blood relatives, and through the years I have had nothing but a warm, fuzzy feeling from and an honest business relationship with this office. Kim and Michelle (who sadly is no longer there) are the best business partners I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and they have looked out for my interests since 2005. The relationship is worth to me more than a couple of bucks here and there, and the State Farm reputation is a huge bonus for me. State Farm in particular had my back during two accidents back in 2009 (I was hit by an unlicensed driver and by a car that spun out on a snowy road, respectively), and replaced or fixed my cars in a New York minute. Do yourself a favor and check State Farm and this office in particular - you will be glad you did!
